We love Jersey Mike's. The food is great, the bread is the best and the customer service is amazing. Our favorite is the Philly cheese steak and they have this new pepper sauce that you buy, by the jar! You have to try it, it's a combination of jalenpeno peppers and hot sauce, it's so good! You gotta try Jersey Mike's, you are gonna love it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jersey Mike's Subs rocks! It was my first time ordering from this restaurant! Their cold sandwiches are a relief during a heat wave; providing a tasty and refreshing meal. I decided not to turn on the stove. Too hot! Yesterday, I ordered through Door Dash. I was always curious about Jersey Mike's, which happened to be my brother-in-law's favorite place to grab a sandwich. So long, Subway! The taste and quality are a lot superior. I ordered a large sub with ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. The sub was cold and nicely wrapped. It was cut in four, ready-to- eat portions. Kudos to them! My order arrived in less than 30 minutes. Fast and efficient service. Next time, I will consider ordering a hot sandwich, when we approach sweater weather season!

Zombies are running this place. no smiles, no extra personalized service, there's little personality in this location. Positives are the food is good, price is ok also. If only they made ya want to come back the next day with a little "Hey how are things today , how may I make your Jersey Sub spectacular ! or something cool .. perhaps a suggestion or a little trivia about the place .. I dont know something !! .. Its very somber and mechanical in this one little eye contact, zero smiles ... I hope they get it right soon. but its worth the stop still !

Very immature and poor customer service. Walked in and the staff huddled together and looked at my brother and I and started laughing at us. Young man who was taking our order was rude and making unnecessary comments. My brother and I were uncomfortable. Before we went in, we saw a customer walk out angry with no food. That should’ve been our sign to not go inside and order.

Its pretty good. The atmosphere feels a little off and not as welcoming. Probably better off just ordering on the app and picking up. The interaction at the counter is a little off putting and seems selective. But about the food! Food is good! Sandwiches are what you expect it to be. If I was to compare to Subway...its much better based on price value for the size sub you buy. Flavors are here, size is at an appropriate price, everything checks the list. Specially if you're a chips and a sandwich person. I'd go back again, but would rather order online to avoid the interaction. Staff is kind to nee customers and each other. This is a new spot, so hopefully it can stay this way. But with time we shall see! I'd come here if Im craving a good sandwich.
