Working with Judy for both occasions was wonderful, Cesar and his staff are beyond professional. “We were a party of 4, and seated right away. The place was very crowded and our drink order was taken and delivered right away. We ordered and shared the arancini and eggplant appetizer and a salad which were all delicious. I had the 28 ounce pork chop which was very tender and perfectly cooked. One of the chef/owners Martin came over to the table and said hello. Our waitress was great and our busboy Hector was very nice. Deserts were the Biscotti and Tartufu. Both great. “Stopped into RockCityDogs last night for a quick bite. The place is set up really cool offers a full sit down bar and a real nice dining area. We were nicely greeted at the door and told our host it’s our first time. She went over the menu and offered the most popular items on the menu. Our waiter came over to our table and we placed our drink orders. Drinks were definitely perfect and worth the price. We placed our orders We went with the Mac n Cheese fried pickles. I had the Springsteen my wife had the Santana and a side of stick fries n onion rings. The hot dogs were perfect each bite offered a good snap and the toppings definitely added a great combination of taste. The Mac n Cheese was almost a meal in itself. The fried pickles and the onion rings were absolutely the best I ever had. The owner Venus came over and asked us how was everything. We told her it was absolutely perfect. The music and the vibe of this place definitely fits into the positive changes going on in the down town Bayshore area. We will definitely be back and highly recommend RockCityDogs. It’s got that nice little bar scene with some really good food. It’s was a pleasure talking with Venus. On the FoodFriends Scale it’s definitely up for our first time. ?“

“A group of us came here on a Sunday around 12:30 after some time in Hecksher Park 10 minute ride away close and convenient for the ride home. The bartender let us try anything on the board, and one of our friends was part of the Hidden Treasure Secret Society, he got a free flight (hiddentreasureli.com). We were definitely an eclectic crew in terms of drinks and not one person was disappointed. I had the Dub Club 2023 a hazy IPA most delicious. Another a pink looking sour, super sour for my taste but my bestie loved it. No food truck a little disappointing as it listed it on the website and this was literally my first time here in years, what luck with a hangry wife. Needless to say we had 3 and left. But for future they do allow you to bring food which is pretty amazing nowadays.“

“I came here with one of my church friends and one of my guy friends that I've been friends with for about 14 years now. I don't drink alcohol but my one friend loves breweries so I go with him to visit them sometimes. I love most of the breweries I go to.They didn't have a non alcoholic beer for me to try but they made me a mocktail which was pretty good. My church friend had wine and my other friend was the one who got the beers. The service was as attentive as it could be for a crowded Saturday night, it was still good.The place is small, but it has more of a classier, upscalish decor than other breweries I've gone to.They didn't serve food just chips but they allowed you to order food from nearby restaurants and delis and have them bought in which is nice. I wish breweries served more food but I'm learning they don't really serve much food. Some of them have food trucks nearby.I liked this brewery and had a good time there.“

The space is super roomy, industrial yet comfortable, with plants everywhere, video games, darts, fooseball and other activities. Staff is quirky and fun - we usually go to visit Ashley on Wednesdays and it’s always a great time. There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. Don’t sleep on this place - the down-to-earth atmosphere and delicious brews will keep you coming back for more.And to the male Karen (would that be a Chad?) whining about them closing for private events down below - grow up. “Showed up on a beautiful spring day to have some tacos. Was greeted right away by a wonderful hostess and asked to sit at the bar with a friend. The server (never asked for his name), was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. The tacos from Left to Right in the picture were Fish Taco, Shrimp Taco and Buffalo Chicken Taco. All 3 were extremely filling. The prices are reasonable.Now on to the margaritas. The house margaritas knocks it out of the park. Very dangerous on an empty stomach ?The berry margarita was a surprising change and had a great depth of flavor. I was even willing to try the Rum Punch but remembered I didn't walk there so I had to postpone it to my next visit.It is a family friendly establishment as I did see families with toddlers. Dani, the events coordinator was outstanding, efficient and always quick to answer any questions. Our gathering of 70 people in their party room with golf simulators, a pool table and darts, was such a fun vibe to our special day. Members of the team; Cole, James & Debbie, went above & beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying drinks and food was nicely served. The service was outstanding, food was delicious and a great variety of drink options. I highly recommend great South Bay brewery, especially if you are looking for a fun & relaxed atmosphere for an event.“

I'm surprised they don't have a higher rating. The food is consistently good. I just wish they had a few more things on their menu like duck and wontons with shrimp.“

My husband enjoys all the different types of beer on tap. I like their variety of diet sodas. The staff is always so friendly.
