I ordered a dozen and had them plated with garnish. They came out beautiful. All my coworkers loved them.

Lately this place is lacking, last few time I order they messed up my food and I all got was an attitude by the owner like I did today instead of an apology. Some sandwiches were dry, no sauce even though we asked, and the ones that had sauce were saggy. I used to love this place but after today definitely picking another place to order food for the office. Owner should be more professional with customers since we paying for the food, is not free, and they made the mistake with the order. Good luck with your business since no apologies were made because you the owner.

I have come here from time to time, usually when I have to drop my father off before going to work, which is not along the way. Ordered a sausage egg cheese omelet sandwich. I get to my work, only to find out they missed the sausage. So I reached out, they apologized, and asked if I can come back now or tomorrow.. I chose the latter. So, normally in my mind, you screwed up, they will remake a sandwich for you to make things right. Nope....I came in.. had to order a sandwich, and they gracefully didn't charge me for the sausage. Smh.. So I had to come out of my way for them to redo the sandwich that I had to pay for, again.

Sexy Salad used to be so good! Today my salad did not seem great at all and it did not taste good. Plus, the girl server gave the wrong dressing to 2 of the 3 items that we ordered to go. What a disappointment.

I have never enjoyed any of the food at this place other than their muffins, which are ok but not great. The salads taste dirty to me. The burgers and terrible hospital burgers. I didn't try anything beyond that. Went 4 times thinking "maybe bad days". I was wrong.

Excellent food, excellent staff!!! They need a rewards system or something. Maybe for every 10 salads you get one for free? Punch cards? ??♂️I'm there all the time I'm a loyal customer. Love it here...

This use to be our go to place since my business is blocks away. However, my last 2 experiences have been terrible. And it’s not because short staff as behind the counter was full of employees.Last month I ordered an chicken cesear salad wrap with warmed chicken. Was told no, I needed to take a cold premade one. After back and forth not understanding why they couldn’t heat up my chicken I said I will just pass today. As I was leaving a worker that recognized me as a regular stepped in and said I’ll do it for you. Was it really such a difficult request??Yesterday I decided to give it another shot. The Store closes at 4pm. I get there at 3pm with several orders for myself and my employees. The first item I order is a grilled cheese for my daughter, to which I’m told , sorry grill is closed and cleaned already. Aren’t you open till 4:00? You can get something cold…. Really, aren’t you a sandwich shop as well as a salad shop. Yes, but they just finished cleaning the grill. Ok then I guess we are leaving.I can see if I got there at 3:50 and they were closing up the grill but an hour before??? I check and no sign posted that kitchen closes and hour before the store. Too bad they lost my business as well as everyone that works for me because getting lunch took extra long yesterday because we needed to go somewhere else.

This might be the worst place Ive ever been to. Service is slow and unorganized. Food is gross. If you go, make sure to ask for a side of their famous "dirty carrot sticks" There is nothing sexy about this place at all.
