Flours tremendously stands out from your usual cafe. Not only can you stop in for a coffee (amongst other delicious drinks like a butterfly tea lemonade) and a sweet treat, you can buy a plethora of pastas and sauces to prep for dinner or the whole week! Sofia’s passion for quality sourced ingredients does not go unnoticed from the taste to the way you feel after you eat it. Flours is the only pasta I can eat that doesn’t make me lethargic or have a stomach ache after. I also have learned a lot about grains through their pasta. They have speciality pastas with grains such as rye, einkorn, and spelt which tastes delicious and nutritionally stands out from box pasta and other fresh pastas. Anywho, long story short, definitely make your way over to Flours! Go for the pasta and stay for the daily specials and baked goods. You will NOT regret it.

What a lovely meal and experience! First, the high tin ceilings, exposed brick and the warm and rustic decor welcome you as you walk in - then comes the friendly service and delicious food! I enjoyed a hearty beef stew with pasta pearls followed by a cinnamon roll for dessert! Delicious! My sister and mom ordered pasta with a bolognese sauce and both raved about it! If you haven’t tried Flours Pasta and Bakeshop be sure to put it on your list! I will be back!

Alex and Sofia make me feel at home the moment I walk through the door. They pour their hearts into everything they do and you can tell. They are two of the most hardest people I know. Between the bake goods, pasta, granola, and coffee... everything is excellent and I never leave disappointed. They have amazing staff as well and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend going!!

I recently had Flours cater my baby shower. I have gestational diabetes, so I haven’t been able to eat pasta (but still wanted my guests to experience the joy of this shop). But this has been THE ONLY PASTA, including red lentil and ones not made with flour, that hasn’t spiked my blood sugar!!!! I don’t know what magic they are putting in (probably high quality ingredients) but I was in shock. Also sofia the owner was so so helpful, everyone loved it and we also got a ricotta and plum cake everyone was obsessed with. Highly recommend!!!!!
