I placed an order on the app they took my money and when i went to pick it up the guy tells me there not taking any orders even tho they already took my order and money. Then theres no way to get a refund. Absolutely unreal and terrible customer service as they tell me they cant do

The food is good. You know what you're going to get. The service is REAL BAD. You will almost always need to pull over to the side area when going to the drive through. Take a look at this mcdonald's when you pass it and 9/10 times you'll see cars waiting for their orders. You never get your order at the second drive through window.
