The Panera at 19 Bradhurst : Today my friend and I got a coffee and my friend's coffee had rotten milk. When we asked them to replace it, we overheard them said that the milk was expired since 9/3. (4 days ago)My coffee was a cold brew coffee with Imaginary Madagascar vanilla because i could not taste the vanilla in it. When I asked her to add a pump of Madagascar vanilla to my cold brew coffee, the manager stated that she herself added the Vanilla pumps and that she considered it was enough. that I should add sugar to my coffee and that if I wanted to add more vanilla I needed to pay extra for the extra pump of vanilla.... She added the vanilla with such disdain that took away the desire to drink my coffee. The manager was rude and arrogant. We work in the building and buy coffee in a daily basis. They act that way because they are the only business in the building. They are extremely stupid, we are the ones that give them business. They serve a very special population patients and healthcare workers.... That should mean something, its just to bad yelp does not have 000.1 of a star. food is bad and staff questionable.

Not today
Very small store. They get their food from the other Panera inside Westchester Medical Center nearby (WMC Panera is great). But this location keeps food under a warmer all day. Picked up a BEC and it was as hard as a rock. Team manager happily refunded. But an employee got irritated because I forgot to ask for extra flavoring. Then tried to ring me up for SIXTY CENTS. I feel bad for the employees that have to eat here every day.

Very good food, helpful staff who are very friendly. They have great salads and fresh bananas. It’s convenient that this place is here in a building full of medical offices; they have tables and chairs, too.

Discrimination is evident. Rude and Unprofessional. I was eating my food out of a brown bag and was asked to leave as I was not supposed to eat at their tables unless I purchased from Panera Bread. Considering the fact that I had Panera every day last week and this week including the morning, I thought that was absurd that you would pick and choose who to enforce that with. Everyday I see nurses and staff including patients eating outside meals and even bringing their meals and yet I was targeted. I informed her that she comes to me out of every one that is eating and says this to me; that was an issue. She said that she tells everyone that. The nurses said they have worked here forever and they never eat from there bc they buy other food or bring their lunch and nothing has ever been said to them. I watched the next day from a distance and did not see her come out to anyone else. Contacting WMC regarding this Panera in their Ambulatory Building. Talking to a lot of staff and this location is the worst, they are rude and unpleasant.

Dropping off my pregnant wife in front of the medical center. Took here maybe 30 seconds to get out of the car. Panera driver kept honking like a idiot for me to move...move from the place designed for patient drop off and pick up.
