If I could do a negative 1 star, I would. I came in my family of 5, including kids, for lunch, I asked for napkins she only gave two.I said sorry can i get more, for 1) there was a spill and 2) I have kids so it’s best we have extra. She handed my son another 2 napkins. I again said it slowly so she could understand that there was a spill, so I need more. She spoke in Spanish to another employee, about it, and that employees walked away from me, even when I asked her for some. I waited and waited.She shouldn’t be in the front serving customers if she’s treating us like if the napkins were coming from her home!2) I paid full meal, I think a few napkins weren’t going to kill her. Thanks Burger King but definitely not coming back

I was in there this evening 11/10/23 about 9:35 pm, I was watching how they were handling the food. I mention to the cashier that they gentleman should be picking up the food with tongs. He ignored me and I ask to speak to the manager young man with glasses, I mentioned it to him and he said that as long as he gloves on the was ok. He proceeded to attended and the manager put the paper bag was the food was going to be placed. I am waiting for corporate or someone. The cashiers mentions to me he is new. I told her she has more common sense than the manager. He needs to be out of the kitchen and find a job where there is no handling of food of any kind.

Okay okay. I know I shouldn't be eating fast food. But I come here every Wednesday to get an impossible Whopper. That three bucks on the app. You're welcome for that tip. The thing I like about this location is they are always consistent. The food is always the same. My fries are always hot and my sandwich is always done right. I get an impossible with Swiss cheese and barbecue sauce.I can't speak to the rest of the menu because I don't eat those particular items. I will say I get the onion rings every once in awhile. They're pretty good too. I actually missed the onion nibblers at White castles. They will actually real onion not the little minxed stuff with breadcrumbs.This location sends out coupons and you can always get deals on the app. Happy eatin
