My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament over the weekend - we live over 2.5 hours to the closest NBC. I called 5 minutes before close and the lady was the absolute nicest human! She definitely made our family happy with her kindness so close to closing! And of course our Bundt cakes were 10/10 - the red velvet is THE BEST!!!

The staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly. No greeting, not even a smile. Do NOT attempt to get your eClub birthday bundtlet without being interrogated and denied. The owner clearly doesn't appreciate customers nor trains staff in courtesy, hospitality or customer service. Unlike other independently owned Nothing Bundt Cakes locations, this one treats their customers with no regard or value. There are too many bakeries in Rochester with delicious products and excellent customer service to waste your money here.

We got an order of the bundtini cakes. We were able to get each of the flavors. Absolutely delicious. Great service! When we got home I was happy to see that a nice label on the top of the box told us which was which. Beautifully packages. Bright, clean, beautiful store! Various size cakes offered to fit your need with many decorating options.

My daughter and I have been wanting to come here for a few week. Our experience was fantastic. The cute shop offered adorable little bunny's for Easter and the staff welcomed us with a wonderful smile and was extremely happy to answer all of our questions. We have a family of 5 and got different bunt cakes for each one of us. Every one of our family of 5 was in awwwww with how delicious, moist and rich with not being overly sweet each cake was. I would %100 recommend and joined there "shoppers club" to keep coming back. I wish this company all the best!. Thanks guys each cake was fantastic ❤️ ?
With fast and friendly service I ordered the Snickerdoodle bundt cake. It was moist and delicious. They have eight other varieties like red Velvet, chocolate chip,lemon and Strawberries and cream.They have plenty of free parking in the lot.

With speedy service and a smile I received my Snickerdoodle bundt cake.It was soft ,sweet and tasty made with real cream cheese and butter. I can't wait to go back and try one of the other eight flavors like carrot, vanilla, lemon ,or red velvet. They also have a big lot for parking.

Here for the first time. Ordered an 8” Bundt cake that I wanted. There wasn’t one in the case, but they took my order and money. Been standing waiting for half an hour, with all the help in the back. Guess they have to make one. If I had been notified of the wait, I would have bought something else. Call ahead, order online, or choose from the display case if you don’t have half a day to wait in a store without a waiting room
