The only employee worth working here is the younger man who works most nights he does a good job is clean and friendly. however the couple who appears to run this business are awful people. If asked for some tap water they will deny you. Even though it is against Subway policy and the law in New York to deny anyone customer or not running clean water if it is available.

God awful service by the couple that run this place. Have eaten here before and the food is OK but they refused a cup of water to my girlfriend and the guy instead screamed at her telling her to buy water if she needs it so bad. Where's the humanity?

Ok first off a lot of the pictures representing this Subway show it is next to a "Dollar Tree"... its inside a Walmart Super Center!Second, they just passed that Subway is supposed to be slicing the meats as ordered, this Subway's owners/employees have been seen by myself and others bringing into the restaurant presliced meats from the local BJ's store! So much for slicing the meats AS ORDERED! Have they not learned to stop using presliced meat and having it go bad on them.Someone needs to have them reported to their corporation!

Woman worker and guy worker were having a conversation when me and my partner approached. We weren't greeted just nonchalantly asked what type of bread to start. The 2 employees continued their conversation while preparing the bread. The woman then began to put a protein on the bread that wasn't asked for. As she was still distracted and possibly heard us discussing which meat was which, possibly prompting her to just throw what ever on there. She was a bit crass and unprofessional. She glared at us because we politely and playfully identified the facts in a quick effort to get the order right. Definitely not meeting the standard for professionalism nor hospitality. Also speaking directly over people's order probably should be a big no no. Terrible experience.

This is easily the best subway in the area! It is the cleanest and most efficient! All of the staff are wonderful people and I tend to choose this location over several of the other nearby locations!

Order # 5BE3B5FE-9B - 3/6/2021 at 11:30 amOrdered subway for my team. 3 subs, two of which were to be the exact same, and a third with different choices. Not that detailed or hard to achieve, paid extra for extra proteins.what we got were 3 of the exact same sub that did not match any of the subs we ordered.I realize mistakes happen, but it seems they happen far more often at this location than others. You are better off going to DiBella's just up the road, or Ameils for a much better sub experience with much better service and care put into your food prep.

This subway is located in the Henrietta Walmart. I've never really had any issues but the employees there don't seem too happy -- understandably so, but I can see how that would make some customers uncomfortable. Also, I found what appears to be grass on my sub. Not sure how that would get there, but it's a bit off-putting. Probably won't return.
