I ordered half dozen donuts, only asked for 1 to be old fashioned for a toddler who likes to make messes was trying to avoid that I then said surprise me on the other 5. Well I sure was surprised when I opened the box. I do not like these I will not eat them I am super upset next time I will specify but I’ve done this before and never had this issue I feel it was lazy

My girlfriend had her shirt ruined there by a careless employee making drinks. She left her info and waited. Nothing. So went back, and they aren't giving her full value, nor giving her the money directly as they said they would. Now it has to go to corporate. 2 different managers, 2 different stories. Then to add insult to injury, they made her pay for her 3 dollar order. Very poor customer service. And yes, I work in customer service, so I know how to handle things of that nature. Very poor service there.

this was the worst experience I've ever had at this Dunkin'. Not gonna say names, but the worker Jacqulynn, deserves to be fired. We pulled up to the drive thru, we asked for our drinks and when we asked for Munchkins, she said "oh, we dont have those." so I was like ok, I'll ask for something else. I asked for a normal $1 donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkle, guess what she said? "sorry we don't have any of those." So, I asked for just a normal $1 donut, and she said "uhm, they aren't $1, they're $1.90.." and so someone in my car said "well, the sign says they're $1." and she said absolutely nothing. So, we asked for 4 random donut. She gave us 4 plain donuts and we got charged $7.60 for it. My daughter tree r asked for 1 pump of coconut in her drink, and she got 3 shots of it.

Wanted a decaf. They asked if I would mind waiting for a fresh pot. I thanked them and told them I appreciated their effort. Ther have been other times and other places that would have sent me on my way with nasty tastings coffee. Great job folks at Herkimer NY Dunkin!Parking: Lots of congestion for drive through. Cars waiting on the street to get in. Blocks the street.
Constantly getting orders wrong or substituting out of stock items with those of lower value.Fix your parking and drive thru. Causes traffic jams all the time! Just move your ordering speak forward 10 ft would open up some room.Parking: Bad parking, bad drive thru
I ordered with the online app and EVERY part of my order was correct. Not to mention my latte was made perfectly. They also got the change on the sandwich. Everything was very hot as well. This is not the first time this location has been on point so I had to shout out and let you know. Keep up the good work!

Every single morning, around 4:50 on my way into work, I will stop to get a coffee and a donut. The coffee has cold foam on it, they have no problem charging me for it, but for some odd reason they have a problem putting it on there. The lady is rude, seems annoyed all the time, can’t take an order without repeating it 6 different times. This morning, I asked for a chocolate long John. They gave me a chocolate donut with sprinkles. I can’t eat sprinkles.Parking: Terrible
