I'm only posting 5 stars because of Jacob W general Manager there. We were missing food from our delivery order and he personally brought it to us! Huge shout out to him, man needs a raise! Customer service was on point. He didn't have us come get it or redoordash it to us. He personally offered to do it out of the kindness of his heart.

The food is fine, but every time I go into this McDonald's, they practically ignore the front counter. If you need help with something, you can stand directly at the counter and the staff will walk past and not even acknowledge you over and over until you get their attention yourself. It also takes them forever to just make a drink at front counter. So, if you go here, I recommend the drive thru, they seem to actually pay attention to those customers.

Drive Thru- Employee wasn’t friendly at all. No welcome to McDonalds will you be using a mobile code today, what can I get you. Tried to ask a question turned the microphone off so we had to pull up. Notified the person at the window, never a sorry about that just looked at me like I was stupid. Do better McDonalds.

Good mcdonalds, sometimes very very packed, once was in drive thru line for 15 mins before order. Overall pretty good though.
Often short staffed. Food is always good, fresh. If there is a bus in the lot, back away. Popular with sports teams.
