Never got to taste the food. Long line, lack of help. What made me leave was a Grubpub person came to pick up an order, ask to order something. Counterperson said yes, turned to me and said, you wait. That was it for me,after waiting 10 min and then told to wait even longer. No thanks.

Although the appetizing is quite good, the service is severely lacking and the prices are very high. A couple of weeks ago my wife picked up for me poached salmon salad on a bagel and was charged $16.99! She was asked if she wanted a side salad and she said "no, only the bagel". I found out later that the bagel sandwiches come with a side salad but the server never mentioned this fact to my wife who thought it would cost extra for the salad. In addition, if she had the store coupon, it would have cost $12.99 with a side salad AND a 12 oz coffee! Last week she had the coupon for the $12.99 special and got me tuna on a bagel with the salad and coffee. The server didn't honor the coupon as the coupon was for nova, whitefish salad, salmon salad or sable. As tuna salad is way less expensive than the other listed fish you would've thought that they would've been delighted to honor the coupon for the selection that gave them a higher profit margin! Today my wife went in with the coupon, ordered whitefish salad with Israeli salad and coffee and was charged the correct price. When she got home, lo and behold, there was coleslaw instead of the Israeli salad!

i was very disappointed on my first and second online order at bagel boss Hewlett. order 1 had 4 mistakes of 8 items ordered order 2 had 3 mistakes out of 11 things ordered. when i picked up my 2nd order i ask counter person if all was as i ordered, i was told yes. when i came home very disappointed to see wrong salad sent wrong cheese used in my grilled cheese sandwich. for the prices they charge at least they can get order right

For context, I’ve been coming here for years. If you are ordering online DO NOT RELY ON THEM to get the order right or to be on time. Its almost always 10-30 minutes late. Its a literal coin toss on whether or not they’ll actually read the ticket instead of giving you whatever the hell they want. My time and money have been wasted way too many times now.
Great bagels! Family from out of town always insists we stop here . Also good soups and bakery items.

The bagel was fresh, but TOO EXPENSIVE! How can you charge $5.18 cent for a bagel with plain cream cheese. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Plain cream cheese. Nothing else!!! This is ridiculous. Plain bagel with butter almost $3.50. So total for 2 bagels $8.98. Yes, this is over the top.
