I realize that this is the bagel boss of all bagel bosses, but I simply could not believe how inefficient and confused the staff was behind the counter. I have been a counterperson in very busy delis, there's a way to move things along and then there is a way to just clog things up and make people wait.I'd be glad to show you all how to bust it out, but I don't think I'm going to be back to stand on a huge line again.And the food was expensive. And honestly you can get this quality anywhere on the island. So don't bother with the bagel boss.Harrumph.

Lady next to me waited 20 minutes for an u toasted bagel with cream cheese while multiple employees yapped it up. All vegetarian menu apparently while not advertising that outside. Nothing was labeled. Guy taking my order didn't even let me finish my sentence, just ran off after I said "two eggs on a"I never usually leave bad reviews but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to.

Whenever we visit from Florida, we make it a point to stop by! They have many food options but their bagels are what reminds me of when I was younger for some reason! Toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese with a coffee light and sweet! Only in NY because Florida still can't get it right!

I wanted to come in today. I was craving for a loxs cream cheese spread sandwich. I asked a guy to make it for me, he did. It took him a while. And when it was done I was excited to get my sandwich. What's something did not come up right? I was being charged $9.77. For a flegel toasted with loxspread cream cheese. I even asked the person. You charge me wrong. Then I explained it to the manager and he was like lockspread $9.77. I said no, because the price is supposed to be $7.06. Then he tells me that the price goes up. Really a suddenly went up $2.71. I am very angry. I am very disappointed and I had enough of bagel boss. I don't know who the owner is. But he should be ashamed for charging so much for a creamcheese sandwich. Because when I went to town bagel they Charged me $5.55. And that is the right price. You people in begal boss are crooks, criminals. And I never coming back here again shame on you?

lol this place is such a joke. This is what a Muenster cheese open face toasted everything flagel looks like!!! Staff is slow and always looks pissed, food sucks and they’re the cheapest (as you can see with product), which shouldn’t shock anybody. I’ll never go back and advise the same to anybody that asks for bagels around Woodbury Hicksville plainview etc….

The spanish lady that worked today at 7:50 PMIs the rudest person i have ever encountered in serviceWe are locals and now this is the 3rd time she has had a rude approach and my only question was “ which bagels do you have available ” after she said with an attitude we don't have plain mini bagels She walked alway mumbling some type of witch craft and i said no thank you miss and i walked out. ( First time she was Rude was with my Mother in Law who is a local sweet lady of the neighborhood , 2nd time was with my fiancé after she witnessed another elder lady being harassed by her attitude and approach and the 3rd time was with me today.
