They just denied me a service for no good reason. Terrible people. One of the cashier is told me to go to another branch to buy the product. Poorly trained cashiers. College students are more qualified for such positions as they don't have unnecessary attitude problems.

Next to the train station so I shouldn’t expect it to be too clean. Baskin Robins doesn’t have the things that it advertises. There are other dunkin as near by try them instead

Staff is super nice !! Came here on a late night for coffee and the lady who made my coffee was very accommodating and friendly. Coffee was amazing as usual

Watch out for the owner here. He always overcharges and tries to sell you more. Went in for 2 donuts..he had a special 6 for $4.99. I got 2 donuts and gave him a $10 bill. He adds another donut and tells.me hes giving me discount. I didnt even want another donut. He then gives me back $5.25 change out of $10. Didnt realise what he did until I was already in the car heading out. This man always gets me and it seems I never learn!

This is probably the worst Dublin donuts I've ever been to. They are lucky it's by the train station before I go to work. The people over there can be very rude at times.

I stopped by several times when in the area and the donuts are fresh. I ordered the dozen donuts and had a issue on one occasion but the owner replaced that order to my satisfaction.

Updating to a 1 star. In addition to be inconsistency and unimpressive food, service and temperature, they've now charged me at least three times for more items than I've ordered. I'm tired of it. I realize that this craphole is convenient but there are other options that are cl Bringing back to 3 stars. The last ten or so times I've been here have been great. They no longer try to steal my money, food is the right temperature, it's a bit cleaner. Now a solid option.

Based on a trip I took in Summer 2016 Sunny View The tables are positioned near a seamless glass panel whose lambent light feels great when you sip hot cocoa. It makes you forget how much noise is outside. The dining area is a bit small. The nearby railroad station was under construction at the time and one of its platforms were closed for renovation. Nearby Transit: The Hicksville Station, served by the Port Jefferson, Ronkonkoma, and Montauk Branches. the n48 & n49 share the same curb.

Usually I would give this place 5 stars. All the employees are very nice and accommodating. This Dunkin Donuts is right next to the Hicksville LIRR so I'm here almost every day. I'm making purchases within this store every day. Usually there's this guy that works the night shift and he's awesome. We have an ongoing joke about me slipping and falling in the store because I had a broken arm a while back and I was always in a splint. Anyway, (I guess you had to be here to get the humor) there's a new guy working the night shift. I've seen him exactly 2x. And exactly 2x has there been friction. This guy is just rude. This restaurant is a 24 hour place for people to sit and wait for their train. Right now it's 2:30am and I'm waiting for an Uber l pick me up, (like every night) This new guy told another homeless guy and myself that we have to leave while he's cleaning up. The regular night guy NEVER does this. He cleans up with the people still in the restaurant (like he's supposed to do) I calmly told the new guy "this is a 24 hour restaurant, and I'm a customer. And I'm waiting for an Uber" He replies "complain online." ... Yeah. He actually said that. So that's what I'm doing. I'm complaining online. Again, I usually would give this place 5 stars. Everyone here EXCET this new guy are nice and accommodating. This j*** is the worst. And I really wish there was another restaurant to choose from instead of only this one because I have such a bad experience each time I see this joker, that I don't want to come back to this place. I hope management tells him the rules. If I were a homeless smelly person that wasn't buying anything and just taking up space in there, then I would understand why he was being rude. But to kick out paying customers while they're eating, that's just ridiculous. I wasn't even there for 10 mins before he kicked me out. I didn't even have enough time to finish eating my apple fritter. Everything else except this new guy are tip-top. Fix the new guy and this establishment will go back to being great.

WATCH OUT! Look carefully at what they are charging you. I was there Wednesday when the owner took my order. I clearly said small vanilla chai. He asked if I want a donut for $0.99. then charged me $1.29... I stared at the price... And then he laughed and said with tax.... I told him I didn't want it. Then said ok I'll give you a deal and gave me 20% off... The donut... Finally annoyed I just paid for it... Then I receive my drink which is a medium instead of a small... I came there to buy a small vanilla chai for $2.27 plus tax. And came out with a $4+ charge with a donut I didn't want.... I just left DD rn and they did it again! Except worse the boss was there, but the employee was the one who tried to swindle me! I clearly said small vanilla chai.. and the screen said medium dunkachino. The boss then takes over and said it's the same price.... "Ok but is it a small?" He said "it's regular size." What the hell is regular size?.. I said "I want a small." And he finally changed the price. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. If your not paying attention they'll steal every penny you have. And this man is training his employees to do it also! BEWARE. This is just two experiences I'm telling you about...
