I’ve been going to this location for a while, but recently, their service has been horrendous. I went to go pick up some bread, and was not satisfied with the service I received. Mariela the cashier was not helpful at all. She also cursed me as she walked away and told her manager she did not want to assist me. The manager simply said sorry. Terrible service.I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location 20 years of going there !

I attempted to place an big order over the phone, a service that seems pretty standard for most establishments. However, Panera would not accept phone orders and insisted on placing the order as a walk-in.This policy left me puzzled, as it seems counterintuitive to limit the options for ordering. In a world where convenience and accessibility are valued, this decision by Panera left me questioning the logic behind such restrictions.It's disheartening when businesses make it difficult for customers to engage with them, especially when other establishments readily offer phone ordering services. Ordered soup. They ran out of a side of bread. I requested to substitute it with a drink instead but they flatly refused. Manager says there is bread to make sandwiches but not for sides.Worst customer service. Avoid visiting this location

I ordered off the kiosk, when I went to collect my order, they got my mac and cheese order wrong, didn't include my chips or my drink. When I went to have my order corrected, the staff made eye contact with me and refused to acknowledge my presence. The fourth employee finally was able to correct my order.

I absolutely love this breakfast menu. Always has great coffee and quality food. The service is always friendly and fast. Easy going vibes inside and nice and cozy feel to the interior. Great place to get some homework or research done.
