We went there for dinner. The restaurant is nicely decorated & very clean. The food tested good but doesn’t look like fresh at all. Look like they cooked it long time ago & food is cold from inside. I like the overall experience, I would recommend this place.

Worst food i have ever tried. I Ordered Naan and it was very hard and none of the items taste good. The butter chicken tasted like tomato sauce and was too sweet and quantity only 3 small pieces in one order. Dal makhni is also taste like burnt. I spent almost $100 but we are not satisfied at all.

We did our reservetion between 9pm to 9:30. When we reached their, they didtn let us come in. They said my reservetion was on 8pm. Which they was lieing clearly. We went from orange county to this resturant. 2hrs drive, also thier behavior was so rude.

Very bad food. I ordered mix grill and they gave me only tandoori chicken. there was no lamb no fish no kebabs. only red color chicken pcs. And that chicken was very dry and hard to eat. Also chicken biriyani was horrible. Please ask question before you order. This is not good place to eat. Be careful.

We ordered the Egg Biryani to go.It was extremely oily and had a lot of burnt pieces. I complained to the restaurant. They gave me the owners number to reach out to. I explained the issue to them but have got no response. Hence forced to review here. Not going here again.

Trash, the dry chicken tikka had a few bone like, knife sharp handles coming out of it. I mean seriously the chicken kept making me think about my ancestors zig zaggy dentures. The butter chicken was filled in half container, i practically paid 60 dollars for knife sharp, bone dry chicken tikka, half a serving of butter chicken and a whole lot to complain about. Those 60 dollars would have got me at least 12 gallons of gas in todays world. Those 12 gallons are worth more then your “business”, your food, and your bloodline.

This is not the same pind which was at beginning. There quantity is very less It's literally enough for 1 person. They become greedy also for money and don't care about customers like they used too. Price of item increase with quantity decrease. Order from other restaurants near not this.

Omg it was not good at all. The butter chicken tasted like tomato sauce and was too sweet. Asked for medium spicy but it was less then mild. Chicken tikka pieces were rubbery. Fish tikka had absolutely no flavor. Even the side salad with onion with cucumber and tomato was dry and old, the little wedge of lime had no juice in it! The parantha was not even good. The other negative revies are correct. Portions smaller and more expensive. Whats going on? This place have no shame to serve food like this??

My opinion is 2/10.Compare to other Indian food the naan is pretty lackluster.Even though it was made fresh in the tandoori. The chicken vindaloo was supposed to be the spiciest thing on the menu but it wasn't that spicy at all.If anything you tasted like spice in terms of cinnamon but that's it.Expensive for $20Check out my in depth video reviews on any of the platforms below.TikTok: TheUrbanLegend4Instagram: UrbanLegend4Facebook: Panayoti KokalisYouTube: Urban Legend

I visited Pind Kebab & Curry Restaurant located at 55A Broadway Hicksville, NY 11801, right under the train tracks for the first time in years, last Friday. I visited Pind many years ago with an Indian friend who taught me all the best things to eat. Thankfully, she introduced me to RasMalai, which is a popular East Indian dessert made with milk, cheese, sugar, spices, and rose water. From time to time I absolutely crave it ? Pind has an awesome rasmalai. I ordered their freshly made roti or Naan, Kebabs and you guessed it, Rasmalai! The owner who was so nice, told me that "Pind" meant Village and that Pind Restaurant was serving traditional Indian Village food. She also educated me on the artist that made the hand-painted mural on the wall. She said people always ask about the Painter but She hasn't been able to find Him. She went through the pictures explaining the people depicted, their lives and what their jobs were. There is another Indian way of life picture of beautifully adorned women seemingly dancing around outdoors. She explained these women lived in the Palace and are Royalty. The ambience is also regal. Pind is dimmly lit and intimate. The music playing at a nice volume is Indian, transporting you along with the decor to the "Pind". They also have a beautiful outside seating area that looks great at night with lights all over.Pind Indian Restaurant is open late and closed between 3-5pm. They open at 12pm-3pm & 5pm-11pm Monday-Sunday. They deliver with Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Doordash. You could order Takeout or Dine-in or use Outdoor Seating. Pind closes at 11pm 7 days a week.#eastindianfood #Rasmalai #Naan #Roti #freshbread #Indianfood #pind #freshbaked #pindindianrestaurant #freshbakednaan #latenighteats #freshbakedroti #tandoorichicken #lassi #outdoor #traditionalindianfood #mangolassi #kheer #takeout #smallplate #quickbite #delivery #vegetarianoption #curry #selfie #hicksvilleny #goodforkids #goodforgroups #pickup #takeout #outdoorseating #datenight #openlate

Been here a couple times. Service is good but the portions for price aren't what you'd expect and on top of that BEWARE they charge 3% extra for paying with Card which they will not let you know til after your meal. Lots of more honest/quality places of business within the vicinity.

We ordered for tandoori chicken and it costed us $22 all that we got was 4 pcs of chicken upon asking about the same we were told that the chef is not in agreement with the same. Thank you for letting us know not to order again

Me and my sister have been coming here for some time but I think this is my last time coming here. The prices of samosas is a little steep for what you get first off. Secondly each time I get a chicken dish I always bite into cartilage. There’s never really enough chicken for a dinner entree too and it’s a quarter cartilage so it’s very disappointing. And the most annoying thing is that they never seem to include enough rice. When I’m there I have to flag them down for more but I just ordered delivery me and there wasn’t nearly enough for my friends and I. It’s disappointing because I do like the flavors i just wish it was better quantity for the prices.

Ordered Amritsari fish to go recommended by the lady who seemed to be in charge. Was very salty, greasy and spicy. Could barely taste anything besides the batter. Will not return.

Service is fine. No problem there. Been there before the food was good. But this time it was not. Either the main chef was off (we went on a weekend before) or there is a new chef. I will not be back but wish them well!
