Shah's never disappoints! Fresh food at an incredibly low price. The lamb is very tender and well seasoned. I recommend getting the hot sauce. It has a nice amount of heat and a savory/tangy flavor. Far better than any fast food establishment!

Wow wow WOW! This was my first time ever having Halal food and after hearing such great things about the Holbrook location, I knew I had to try! The owners are BEYOND friendly but this food is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I highly highly highly recommend them! I will definitely be back!

Of the times I’ve gone, the chicken over rice is generally good. However, today I got symptoms of food poisoning. This week had a special offer of $5 platters. I’m unsure how or if that‘s the factor which influenced the quality of the food, but I do know I gotten food poisoning after eating from today’s chicken over rice. After my lunch break, I received stomach and lower abdomen pain. My body also broke into a cold sweat. From what I remembered while eating, the food definitely tasted and smelled differently, but unfortunately I ignored that. Will definitely go to another place to get halal since there’s a number of options within the area. It’s really disappointing since in the food & hospitality industry cleanliness should be recognized as a priority. Hopefully nothing has been contaminated...if anything, avoid the romaine lettuce they use.

Visit Date: March 24, 2019 So even though I don't want to support Chick-Fil-A all that much I was hoping to be able to take my friend there but it turns out they close on Sundays. So hubby, my two friends, my son, myself and I ended up at the Broadway mall food court to have lunch instead. I decided to try Shah's because last time we were at the mall I brown bagged food and was jelly of my friends getting Shah's. I had chicken and lamb over vegetables, extra chicken and extra lamb with hot sauce but I opted not to get the dairy white sauce. It was really good, the hot sauce made it spicy, I probably should have added the white sauce to counteract the spice but I had already overrdosed on peanut butter for the weekend and I had french toast so I didn't want to add anymore extra to more than I should have had over the weekend. I got a soda and pita for my son but he didn't want anything to do with the pita so we ended up throwing it out. I loved Shah's and they are a chain so I'm excited, it's one of the fast food chains I can happily eat from.

They are open till 3 AM in the morning. Typical middle eastern fast food. Very reasonably priced. You get everything over rice or salad. Lamb, chicken, falafel etc. Doused with white sauce and hot sauce and a side salad. food is good and tasty. Also have wings, tenders, fries, etc. A good satisfying dinner for less than 15 bucks - would come here again.
