absolutely worst customer service of all the subway locations near me. Not that subway has great customer service to begin with. It’s such a hassle to figure out which location is going to accept the coupon I want to use. I specifically went to this one because it was my understanding that, I would be able to use it there. Halfway through making my sandwich the guy decided to tell me that that coupon wouldn’t work here. The guy had an attitude the whole time. I understand he was alone, but the store wasn’t busy at all. Then he gave me a hard time when I wanted to use a gift card I had instead of letting me scan the gift card he was pressuring me to pay with a credit card. he then started yelling at me in front of the other customers like i did something wrong

I am a regular customer at this location of Subway. Today I went in and got the same sandwich I get EVERYTIME. Unfortunately, this time the employee decided to charge me $21.34 for a foot long and a bag of lays. Like I said, I come to this location regularly and NEVER has it been anywhere close to $21. My fault for not checking the amount before I paid, but in my defense, it is always the same amount. I called the franchise about a half hour after I left, once my AMEX notification came up, to just question my charge and he tells me it was because I ordered "double cheese". Never have I been charged "double cheese", nor did I ask for extra cheese. It is INSANE that they are able to just throw random charges on someone without explaining. Like I said it was my fault for not making sure to look at my bill before I paid, but I just find this so unfair. I will not be going back to this store, or Subway at all for that matter. I'll head to a small business deli and get two sandwiches for $21. THANKS. Also extremely weird that this location refuses to take coupons. Isn't Subway a franchise, how is this allowed. No one should go here!!

You guys are working as if we buy food for free! I ordered veggie delite today with customization but no add-on were included. And you guys cheated me for the add on? What kind of poor service is this?

"I placed an order on the Subway app for four sandwiches and proceeded to pick up my order. I had made some customizations to one of the sandwiches and politely inquired with the worker, who happened to be the owner, if the customization instructions were followed, as they had been disregarded during my previous visit. Unfortunately, the owner's response was exceptionally discourteous, claiming they were very busy and insisting that if the customizations were in the notes, they would have been followed. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of my sandwiches was missing lettuce entirely. I called to address the issue with the owner, who continued to be impolite and initially denied the possibility of such an error, later dismissing the importance of lettuce altogether. In my experience, this is the most disappointing Subway location I have ever visited. After further research, it seems that I am not the only customer who has had negative encounters with the owner.

Please stay away from this place. This owner never accepts any coupon and when you place an order online coincidentally they will cancel it and say it was the app. Lairs. It’s them that’s do not want to honor the online order buy 1 get 1. Theirs nasty their attitude is bad. They should close this place down. I’m already complaining and going to the BBB and also getting a lawyer for racism became he always treat us us terrible and one time told my son to sit down. Disrespectful

Upon Entering No One at the counter or front / Had to literally say greetings to see if anyone was working / Old Employee on the phone Never Hanging up Even while making food and serving food / On the phone with absolutely No Mask Spitting all over the food while he was making Very Very Very Disgusting / Finally as usual as other subway Coupons R Not Accepted If So don''t understand the point of making the coupons and mail it to Neighborhood
