Subway in Hicksville area is a serious joke.I put an online order today. I barely got any veggies or meat on the turkey sub I ordered. I check marked extra onions and pickles…When I opened the sub4 single turkey slicesLettuce was okRed onion was not even put in I went home and put some on the sub…Pickles…. There was only 1 pickle on the entire sub.Bread is not worth 13$ I’m going to ask for a refund. A deli can do better or honestly you can get better food at a McDonald’s or a burger king with more veggies and meat.What a shame subway used to be one of my favorites at a point….

TEMP INSIDE STORE WAS OVER 90 DEGREES!!! They have no business preparing sandwiches in that environment. Sandwiches for pick up left out of refrigeration in that hot environment. No respect for food safety!!! Do not buy food there!

Very bad customer service. Today i went to get a veggie delight which i paid $10 for it. She was on the call talking in Punjabi back home while making my sandwich. She did not put half of the stuff and she gave me wrong sauce on my sandwich when i told her she was like Oh.. I will give you a free Cookie. Which she never gave me. So I decided to put review on her so guys make sure when you place your order. I mean if you are allergic to something then be very careful with this place. Very poor performance, horrible customer service, and not being present at work. Google review should have an option for -1 to -5 star. Definitely as of the way she made my sandwich I would like give -5 at this place.

This subway is trash. I’ve come here a few times & every single time they rip you off with the ingredients. They put 2 strands of each veggie & call it a sandwich. If I’m paying almost $10 I would like to eat more than just the bread. Biggest rip off subway ever & never coming back. Don’t come here, listen to the other reviews as well & STAY AWAY! Save your money & spend it to eat somewhere else. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!

Ordered two subs. One had all the toppings I specified in my mobile order, the other one had zero of the 6+ veggie toppings I specified, aside from the cheese and double-meat. Read the lists, please.In the past they've forgotten my double-meat too once, though they did slap on the extra slices of meat after I went all the way back.

The food is old the meat smells old the jalapeno taste like it been their for ever, a hero and a draft soda cost me 15 $ plus who made the sandwich is deaf I have to repeat my self 5 times and it's dirty place , I just paid and left ., ???????
When you order from the app and can’t see them making the sandwich. This is the saddest subway sandwich I’ve ever seen. Extremely limited quantity of ingredients because I wasn’t standing there watching them make it. Ugh. You can’t get what you paid for anymore.

Worst subway in America. Sign states open at 8. They open at 8 maybe 3x a week. The man told me they open at 9, which they clearly don’t considering they are open at 8 multiple days of the week. Owner is a trash can. Doesn’t deserve anything.
