We ordered food through uber eats and to our surprise it was excellent. We never heard the name of this place until it was suggested by uber eats when i entered in the search "vada pav" lol... We ordered multiple things from menu like paneer tikka masala, vada pav, pav bhaji, butter naan etc. Everything was good.

I ordered on Uber eats, order was missing lamb chops. They denied the claim. Uber denied the claim. It wasn’t the delivery driver since it was a family member. Be careful ordering online, they also made the delivery driver wait additional 30 mins. I called them to let them of missing item but they got aggressive. Seems like it was hard for them to accept their mistake and issue credits. Very disappointed and i will never order againTO THE OWNERYOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH MANAGING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. ITS GOOD TO BE BUSY BUT NOT WITH UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

Taste of Mumbai, all we can say is WOW! My wife and I came for dine in. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of food, exceptional flavors, and the attentive service. We went in with an open mind and asked the waiter for recommendations and we are so glad we did. Not only did we step out of our comfort zone but we now have new favorites added to our list. We had Garlic naan, Chicken Samosa, Murgh Dhaniwal Curry, Pav Bhaji, and Bombay Style Chili Chicken. The Bombay Style Chili Chicken blew us away. It was so delicious and packed with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked chicken. The waiter recommended the Murgh Dhaniwal Curry and it was the star of the night. We ate every last drop of it. At the end of our dinner our server surprised us with the carrot pudding which was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the night. We look forward to our next visit!

Food is delicious - sometimes a little salty for my taste but the menu is very extensive and something for everyone . On our last visit we saw cockroaches on our chair and table so my husband refuses to take me back there. When we pointed out the bugs , the owner just shrugged which was more disappointing than the cockroaches. It's a shame as its a nice place otherwise

One of thee best South Asian joints I've ever been to on Long Island period. I'm a Sri Lankan and this is the first time I'm having Maharashtra cuisine at a restaurant. Wanted Pav Bhajee but it was out of stock so went for the Vada Pav and it was Soo good! My wife loves all things potatoey and this was a real treat. Ordered Bombay style Indo Chinese chili chicken and Murgh Dhaniwal as our entrees along with their goat biryani. The Dhaniwal was so different from almost all 'North' Indian dahi based Chicken curries I've had before, it had a sort of earthy yet aromatic quality to it. Biryani had a good amount of goat meat and it was really good ? chili ?️ ? was spicy and tangy. They serve proper naan too that went amazingly well with the Dhaniwal. Washed it all down with thumsup and limca.Food and service was top draw. They have a bathroom inside but you have to go through the kitchen area to reach it. There were around 6-8 tables but the seating area is small. I highly recommend this place to everyone coming to Hicksville for their Indian groceries, just give this place a go and you'll never go back to the places on that main street. Can't wait to try their South Indian items! We'll surely be back. ?Vegetarian options: Absolute goldmine for Vegetarians. Vegans can do their South Indian veg items.
