We held a small party to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary at The Cook’s Studio in Hicksville and everyone had a GREAT Time. We prepare a Thai Fried Rice with shrimp, Coconut Lemongrass Soup & Papaya Peanut Salad. The owner Victor, worked with us 100%. We needed to ensure that the list of foods were okay for all of our guests as far as allergies and dietary issues (Kosher chicken). Just experienced the Ramen class yesterday and it is fantastic. You want to learn about ramen dishes, you want to experience the making of ramen from the noodle to the broth...Take this class. Not only a great tool to get you started, you will have fun and enjoy some wine. Over all an A+++ in my book. Will be back for another class soon. Bob

What an absolutely amazing night. Everyone was very friendly and extremely kind. Very well organized, clean and fully equipped with an abundance of sushi materials. Would highly recommend.
