My job requires me to travel and I’m a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. The Hicksville location has far and away the friendliest staff. The restaurant is clean. The staff are attentive and professional. I go out of my way to eat at this location because of this. Hope this location stays around for a loooong time!!!

I've been going here since they opened years ago. I've moved away but still get food from here almost every time I come back to visit (monthly). It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. The last time I ordered, I switched out for soy protein but forgot to remove the bacon when I ordered from the app. They called me immediately before making my order to make sure I wanted bacon in there. Above and beyond my expectations for service.The smoothies are delicious, service is quick and fresh, and they have a ton of options (including plant based protein for smoothies).Always glad to see how well they're doing and that their quality never suffers.
Wow wow wow! I cannot believe the pure kindness and heart the employees put into this establishment. As soon as I stepped in I was met with kindness. I was very impressed by their service and the deliciousness of the food provided. I will definitely be coming back here!

Such a great spot for a yummee and healthy meal or pick me up.Everything is made to order fresh with the smile.The staff at the Hicksville location are always super friendly, quick with service and always willing to help you navigate the menu especially if you have dietary concerns.Don't be fooled by the name...they don't just serve fruit and veggie based smoothies but there's also fusion smoothies, acai bowls, wraps, flatbread sandwiches, 'dilla, salads, sides (jalapeño corn + maple sweet potatoes, chips, apples), sweets (cookies + edible straws) and bottled beverages too.They have kids options as well on the menu.Definitely need to stop by and check it out, you'll be hooked on eating healthier.
