Have ordered here a number of times and it is a staple in our office due to the low options of food in the area. This is a digital kitchen, so orders must be placed in the app and picked up. They are usually ready on time and sitting on the shelf. My office has experienced quite a few issues here, including missing ingredients, unavailable ingredients when ordering, meat overcooked, chips can be inconsistent - either too salty or not salty enough, brownish guac. I once ordered catering for the office and I received no white rice and an extra salad base. Lately, we have noticed some improvement, possibly due to change in management. The meals are generally pretty good overall with some inconsistencies.

Ordered through ubereats multiple times. They will fill the bowl about half the amount that you would get from any other Chipotle. Surprised this place is still opened. It only gets business because USMA relies on it.

Can only order online - which sounds fine on paper, but... No accountability from workers since they never actually see your face when you order. Consistently small portions and wrong orders. Ordered extra rice, extra beans, extra chicken along with several other toppings and not even half the bowl was filled. Paid extra for guac but no where to be found. You'd probably just get a better bang for your buck walking in and grabbing a random bag then leaving since they refuse to make eye contact or greet anyone (obviously a joke for legal purposes)

Just like most others, we spent almost $50 for a burrito and a burrito bowl and got tons of rice and toppings .. MAYBe about 4 pieces of the smallest carne asada I've ever had.

Consistently give the wrong order and small portions. Orders are either missing multiple items or have additional items added in. It's almost like it is someone else's order. Additionally I found a hair in my food. Ridiculous.

The small number of total reviews, and 1 star reviews complaining about the digital order process, are off putting. We had a great experience ordering here. The food tasted great and the process was efficient. We ordered on our Chipotle app and picked up the food in 15 minutes.

Okay so I see a lot of the reviews on here and I have to agree with several of them. I order from here several times a week as the kids I nanny do fencing down the road.I often have issues where the app tells me one time and I end up waiting an extra 10 to sometimes even 40 minutes for my food. It has been the opposite before for me as well, where I order food for a specific time to account for travel time and end up getting cold food that has been sitting so long it soaked through the bag.The fact that I never know what I'm going to get and I have no way of knowing if my order is right or not does not help my experience. And opening up my bowl to see if everything is correct is such a hassle because getting the lid back on can be quite challenging.And yes, the reviews on here talking about the portions being much less are absolutely correct. I know this not only because I often get Chipotle at other branches, but because I worked at a Chipotle a few years back. We were very specifically told to give heaping spoonfuls of each item as the portion, because that is what people are paying for. Chipotle prices are meant to be about quantity as much as they are quality and when one is lacking, that is a failure on the parts of both the management and the employees.That being said, the manager(s) and the owner of this establishment are the primary ones to be blamed for the issues here. They have understaffed their establishment to the point where there are often only about 5 people total working on average, some of which are working on prep in the back of the kitchen. This is completely unfair to both the employees as well as the customers. This establishment brings in more than enough business to have a properly staffed restaurant and to offer enough pay to draw in more potential applicants.All-in-all, this system could work with a properly staffed and managed restaurant, but unfortunately this location is not either of those things.

Placed orders through Door Dash. Two out of three orders, the guacamole on my burrito bowl was brown, not at all green. Got a refund through Door Dash, but very disappointing because they are known for the guacamole. Will not order from here again though

Its majorly a takeaway place. The staff was helpful and courteous. Its close to USMA and hence staff keeps arranging orders. It might take a bit of time to get your order. High stool seating available.
