The worst McDonald’s I been to 25 minute wait for one Big Mac combo and a coffee. 2 employees taking a break outside with one person managing the front, drive thru, and curbside. When confronting the manager she said don’t tell me what to do at my store. The lady in front me waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee I felt so bad. Avoid this place at all cost let the visiting troops from west point experience this disaster of a business.

There’s a manager named Bianca who mistreats the employees. Corporate needs to do something about this manager! She does it in front of customers and that’s clearly not ok. No one should go to work and get mistreated. This is unacceptable. Is this the type of people McDonald’s wants to represent them? This is ridiculous.

Part of the chain.Table service is advertised....but does it exist?I placed an order via kiosk, took a placeholder and waited....and waited.....and waited....while people who went to order at the cashier got their food and left.The restaurant was mostly empty, no lines.Not sure if they were short staffed but I recommend skipping the kiosk.Parking: On premises.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.

It's McDonald's but not all are created equal. In the West Point area it's a good breakfast choice.
They only care about drive-through.30 minutes waiting on 3 drinks, a regular coffee, a Shamrock drink, and a frappe. While more than 20 drive-through vehicles pass by. Get a new manager, this one sucks.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.My daughter stood there and kept asking for condiments to all the employees, and they kept ignoring her.

bruh they make you pull up to a drive thru waiting spot every single time you order through the drive thru like??? i ordered a soda ur telling me u can’t give it to me at the window? and then all the spots are taken bc they have everyone pull up to one like…..talk ab poor managing skills!!!!!

Today February 1st 2024 , I stopped by this McDonald's with my daughter, While I was waiting inside for food, the manager Charles was yelling at one of the employees, he almost hit her. I thought , we are in 2024 and there's no more slavery. This guy doesn't deserve to be a leader there and I wouldn't be surprised if another customer calls labor department on this McDonald's,, please make sure HR hear this

Service is terrible at McDonald's making people have to wait in the parking spots and getting people orders not right and sing all come back out with your the rest of your order and never show up The McDonald's in town I feel like it's just a joke I am never going back there again hopefully everybody from town will stop going there and it will turn out to be horrible for you McDonald's employees
