The atmosphere is one of a small deli. Which is to say that there isn't much atmosphere. This place shines because of their food. The food was delicious, exactly what I needed & was just darned tasty. They actually brought me back to my childhood, with food I ate growing up. So grateful this place is there!
It's the only Dominican option within 10 minutes so not much other choice for halfway decent spanish food. However its very hit or miss on the food and very very overpriced for a hot plate type of place. And $4 for a 2 liter soda blew my mind.
