Good food very good food, had an issue once tho. Ordered online got there 30 min before close and they were closed. Called them to see if they can honor it or refund and the guy was extremely rude and said they never close early and I was lying and also said he couldn’t give me a refund and didn’t offer to do order I paid for. One bad apple but the rest are very nice!

I placed a order at this Ronkonkoma location via online and when I called them to cancel the order because I meant to place it at the Dear park location the refused to give me a refund and the manager told me there is nothing he can do. So they charged my card even without me getting any food. Poor customer service

Ordered 3 beef tacos. Done in 2 mins strange the shells and meat tasted old and bitter. Guess I’m not going to be coming back.

Usually have a great experience with service and food but went for the $5 burritos at 7pm for the first time. We were told that it starts at 7:30pm and the sale wasn’t for any of the listed menu items. I asked the worker if any of this was on the sign (since i’ve read it multiple times before and never saw any of this information there) and the man said it was all on there. Went back to the sign just to confirm and let the worker know what’s on the sign just incase he didn’t know, and he just stared blankly at us. We would’ve appreciated an apology for the misunderstanding but got absolutely no emotion from him. I’m sure everyone would either love a new sign with the actual information or enforce what’s already written! Usually love the food and service but this wasn’t the best experience.

Food was ice cold, chicken was unflavored, the caramel apple empanada was over friend and gross. All you tasted was the grease, and not their “homemade apple”.Absolutely awful, will not be back.

Food truck, tried the fish taco picked 3, and bought a 4th off the look and smell. Fish was bland and lacking flavor but the mango salsa carried, really good and fresh. Too be fair ordered without the crema and avocado ranch, but that’s not an excuse for the protein lacking flavor. Guac was okay too

My second time here, at the mobile stop conveniently located on the South service road of LIE at exit 60. Perfect if you coming home on the train. We ordered nachos, salsa and queso dip. Chips were made to perfection lightly salted, salsa a different flavor than I'm used to but excellent I can't quite peg what the difference is but it's great. Same with the queso. I had the Mongolian burrito it had a kick with lime and the beef was phenomenally dressed and crispy. My one critique would be it wasn't wrapped to tight but all good I ate some out with a fork. We had the shrimp and fish tacos as well, "it was everything I wanted". Direct quote. They changed up the outside since I was there last, no more picnic tables (maybe it's a seasonal thing). They've got a couple games to play as you wait for your food. Some nice string lights and flowers make a puppy vibe. 10/10 will be back.

I have heard so many great things about this place. I did not have a great experience. I ordered delivery and the only thing I got that was even vaguely good was the chips. The salsa tasted metallic. The tacos were all over cooked and the shrimp was fishy in a bad way. The pork was too fatty to eat and the beef was completely over cooked and overly sweet. The rice and beans were salty. All in all... there is nothing that I enjoyed.
