Very rude staff. These are reasons why pick up orders are in place. Less involvement with rude people who work in customer service. Not one smile on their faces and if you ask for something, they have an attitude like if an extra paper bag comes out of their pockets. I hope more people just do pickup orders and lessen the rude staff members here. These are seasoned employees too who have been there for years and they still are rude. Not a good look Dunkin.

A woman who works at your Dunkin' Donuts location. The service there is very lacking, and the behavior of the staff, was extremely rude and disrespectful. During my recent visit to order a coffee, she was yelling at me. They need to learn how to treat a customer and give a good customer service.

This place has really bad customer service. When the staff gets the order wrong, they won't change, very stubborn and unwilling to budge. Very rude staff. I told them to change my order and they lied to me that they couldn't because the order was already made when I could see clearly they didn't even start. And they speak in Bengali about their customers. Very unprofessional. And don't stay over 15 mins because they will kick you out. I'm not sure why dunkin hires these old ladies who don't speak English and haven't learned a bit of manners. If you can know Bengali, then you will know what they are saying. Judging from their tone and their gestures, I can understand it's not good stuff.Mind you, I had a drink on me and because I sat over 15 mins, they kicked me out.Don't support this business, otherwise you only validate their horrible behavior. I went there a few months ago and almost got into a fight with the cashier. I ordered a med iced coffee and a bunch of other stuff. The whole situation started when I asked for light ice. Because of a medical condition and the cashier got mad and said I couldn’t get light ice. It’s against Dunkin’s rules. Then she got even more mad when I told her I’ve worked at Dunkin off and on for 10 yrs. It was so bad my daughter stopped me. It’s crazy.. all over some ice. I haven’t been back since.

The ladies that work at this specific store are extremely rude to their customers. If you look at more comments you will see the same. They give attitude for absolutely no reason. They need to understand that because customers do business at their store is the reason they have a job at that store. They need to learn some manners. I will be looking for the district managers number to make a complaint. Numerous members of my family have visited this store because we live nearby and every time they have a story of how the employees were horrible to them. This is unacceptable behavior.
