I came here to pick up a customers food for GrubHub. I enter the restaurant and I do my usual like everybody to go to the counter they show the person that’s working there the name so this time I went there three people walked past and didn’t say anything to me so I waited about for about 10 minutes before I said something there was a manager walking around with a green shirt with glasses I don’t even know her name I said to her I said, how long do I have to wait? She didn’t even know what I was there for. She didn’t know if I was picking up an order or if I placed an order, she’s looking at the other girl that day and asking her did that I did she take my order they just unprofessional, very very unprofessional and to be honest there’s so many other Popeyes that are very very professional and data. Appreciate your business. This one doesn’t appreciate your business. She didn’t even say I’m sorry didn’t even offer me anything for free. Could’ve said yo you want something to drink? I’m sorry for the wait. I’m sorry nothing like that unprofessional

He said he couldn't because they had already started making the sandwich. I had a baby crying in the car, so I was not in a mood to argue. Waited in the parking lot and received the food there. Well, as the service, the food was terrible too.

I frequent this establishment, the food is consistent. However, my last trip there they did not have the Blackened chicken sandwich any longer. So I went to another location and they had it. If one restaurant carries it, they should all carry it!
