amazing GF pizza and customer service!!!we had our first mistake from them and they had the correct one delivered very fast, even though we're outside of the delivery zone. Every local place in Henrietta says "you can bring it back", but Rucks said we'll deliver you the correct one. We absolutely love Rucks!!

Ordered delivery at 4:12 pm called at 5:30 they stated it’s on way. Called back at 6:12 stated its on door railing. Called and whomever answers the phone stated well I didn’t deliver it. Ok you work there you should be a little less sarcastic when a food delivery is two hours late! . No door bell no phone call no knock on door. Just drop and run I guess that’s what we consider service now days. Food is now cold. $8.00 tip for cold food left on a railing. No thank you won’t order again save you the trouble of stating you didn’t deliver it. Now you won’t ever have to again.

Try at all times to keep my business local but this place makes it hard to do so. Food was good but once again, order was late by almost 40 minutes. there were several waiting for their late orders also but wasn't even that busy. all kids working and witnessed the kid making the pizzas on his phone. another issue we have on a regular basis is that the order is not right or we are missing something. As I stated, food is OK but all the other factors is going to drive my business to Salvatores. Such a shame but I am tired of hearing "I'm sorry".
Great Subs - loaded with plenty of meat and cheese. The Large is two meals. They have a good selection of slices throughout the day - so for a snack we love to drop in and grab a slice.
