My old neighbor you guys are honestly the best outside NYC. You are the bagel shop that everyone in dutchess county wishes they could . The bagel shops in fishkill charge $5.20 for one bagel and veggie cream cheese with a bagel quality that of Dunkin donuts. This place is worth the trip from anywhere with an honest and fair price with the inflation this country is incurring. I will drive out of my way anyday to come here over a 1 min drive to medicore bagels at any overpriced fishkill bagel shop . Keep it up guys we appreciate your hard work and amazing fairly priced food ❤️

This is a cozy cafe with delicious breakfast options, our family favorites are toasted bagels flavored jalapeño, garlic, super everything and few other with herbs. We like the soft consistency of bagels and their veggie, jalapeños cream cheese are absolute favorites.
Went here for a bacon egg n cheese on everything bagel. They had a good selection of gluten free foods as well bagels, muffins, cherry pies and bread!They are open at 6am and close 3pm Mondsy through Sat. Sundays 6am- 2pm.

I travel to NYC a lot and love the bagels there. Read the reviews for this place and decided to try their super (everything) bagel with cream cheese and super w/egg, sausage, and cheese. Their bagels are as good as most in NYC. It is crusty/chewy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It is not dense or "bready" like in other local stores (e.g., Adams Fairacre Farm, Panera Bread, or Hannaford). Also, Hopewell Bagels has a nice dining area if you decide to eat inside. Biggest plus is that they sell a high quality product at a reasonable price. Breakfast for 2 which includes coffee was about $12. Considering it is made to order this is a good value.

Could only give 4 stars not 5 because the GrubHub/door dash services have ruined timely service for places like this and if you go early in the morning you will be standing in line for 20 minutes because they are overwhelmed with delivery orders from lazy people that don't want to leave their house. Prices were really good though. Bagel and a breakfast sandwich was like 6.50.
