My mom is 91 and walked from the front door to near bathrooms In the back. But the staff was very nice and let us go out the side door that we were seated by. Than three waitresses and manager helped me get mom down steps and in carThank you staff very helpful
Listen, Applebees is never a go to for me. Usually mediocre at best. But the Hornell location is excellent. I’ve never been to a better Applebees anywhere. This place seems to set the standard for the rest. Will be back.
