I love pats pizzeria and I always have but I went in for 2 slices today and the girl at the counter was very unfriendly I’ve never had an issue with the staff there ever but this particular person was super unfriendly and had a bad attitude. Besides that highly recommend
We ordered before 6 and it’s 7:15 and the delivery driver called and said he was on his way at 6:45 and we have yet to receive our $70 worth of dinner. We live 10 minutes from the store. When we called again they didn’t seem concerned that we had to move our things around because they do not have any time to be bothered at all!!!! Absolutely no communication between workers! The person at the counter didn’t even know that the driver didn’t actual take our order from the restaurant! He called us without even having the order with him! No compensation general care!

Best white garlic pizza in town!! Had company from Rochester and they agreed! Delivered hot and in time, just the way we ordered it!
