I have no idea what they did different from other Taco bells but I came there last night at about 11:30, and they made the literal best Taco Bell I've ever. Whoever made it deserves a raise because it tasted a million times better than any other Taco Bell I've ever had. The tacos were crunchy but warm. The burrito was well wrapped to the point where I didn't lose any burrito filling while I was eating it. This is not usually what I expect from Taco Bell so it was Good to see.
Despite many requests, they still do not carry the chili cheese burrito. Any franchise can carry this if they request it from corporate distribution and if they did, they'd be the only one for a hundred miles to do so, which would generate out of town traffic, guaranteed.
