“Very helpful recommendations, everything looked so good I wanted to get it all. Decided on a milkshake and it was to die for. I went for the strawberry shortcake and my friend got the Oreo milkshake. He said his was amazing as well. Would recommend 5/5. Didn’t disappoint. Anytime I’m in horseheads in the future i will be sure to make a pit stop here.“

“The food and drinks here are delicious! The setup inside is a little weird and can be confusing on which way to go when they're busy. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They do have seating inside at a counter, but it can get very cramped. They also have outdoor seating at picnic tables. If busy, parking can be hard to find.Parking: Can be hard to find a spot when it's busy.“

“Stopped in 9 minutes before closing time on a wednesday night. The young woman behind counter was as sweet as could be. She didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her at all. That's rare these days, when you stop in close to closing time. Ice cream and waffle cones were awesome. Would definitely go back.“

“This place is awesome. We ordered for delivery and I was really impressed by all of the flavors! I thought the place in my town was good but this really blows that out of the water. I skipped my usual tart yogurt to fuck with the enticing flavors: dole whip and cotton candy (for my inner child, you understand). They were both delicious. I wish we hadn't waited until the last night to try this because I probably would have ordered it every day during my stay lmao“

“I love it when places go through the effort of making their own brownies, it sets them apart and this place's brownies are really good. Combined with the great ice cream and toppings, I'd say this place is the best in an area where there's lots of competition!“

“Serendipity is an awesome ice cream shop that offers more than ice cream. Everything tastes great and the customer service is the best. The shop is clean and offers seating inside and out. They accept credit and have public restrooms unlike so many other places. It is worth the drive to go to serendipity.“

“Prices are good. Ice cream selection isn't the biggest but enough to find something you'll like. There was only two people working at the time we where there. It was pretty busy and a good size line. However it did move at a good pace. Lots of seating. I got the Caribbean Sunday. Pretty good.“
