I frequent this restaurant as the staff is very good and go out of their way to be helpful. The bartender ( Heather) always makes her guests feel welcome , is very knowledgeable and consistently makes sure each visit is enjoyable!
Food came out super quick even on a Friday night! My coconut shrimp was cooked perfectly and the waitress Jess was nice and prompt with service!

Uncle Sam took us out for a dinner after screwing us all year lol..... The food was great, steak was perfectly juicy and seasoned, blooming chicken was very good, taters and salad were ok, had to ask for extra caesar, our server Heather and her cohorts were all great, attentive with personality, a very good dinner overall.

Had dinner. Unfortunately, steak was overcooked. Lyle, the server was attentive and had another on the grill before anyone had taken a bite. Isaiah, the manager, brought out the new steak and was very apologetic. Both went above and beyond expectations for today culture. Be a long time before I go back to Texas

We went out for a Valentine's Day Date. An entire meal was prepared incorrectly. My salad had zero dressing on it. The manager, (I'm presuming) came to the table to apologize and said that to make up for the mistake, he'd give us a coupon for our next visit. We thanked him, then watched him proceed to every other table, handing out the same coupon, stating that it was in honor of Valentine's Day from Outback. It felt like a slap in the face. We spent nearly $100 for food that we were able to eat 1/4 of. Then were lied to about their "apology". This is NOT the service Outback is known for. It was a special occasion that was ruined for us.
Emma provided us amazing service Monday night! She suggested we sign up for fine rewards, and can’t wait for our free Bloomin’ Onion!!! Thanks for the great experience:)
