Food was pretty good, our server on the other hand phewwwww. There was not a time where she came out with everything we asked for (such as a straw the whole 6 times we saw her). It also felt like she was trying to ignore us the whole time we were in there as well. Took about 2 hours to get an actual dinner in. About an hour waiting for the first plate of shrimp.

Abysmal. Given this place a chance a few times and each time the service is so incredibly slow even though it’s always empty inside and have more than enough staff. Always lie about how long it’s going to be and take their sweet time.

Had a half hour wait to be seated even though most tables were empty. Then another half hour until a waiter took our order. They forgot my fiancée drink order and gave her crab legs instead of scallops. The waiter was friendly but we saw several staff just walking around. Overall I wouldn't go back.

Went for dinner the food was great. Service not so much. Waitress was not engaging she forgot some of our order and never checked back with us till the food was about gone. When asked if they had any steak sauce she said no. Then at the end she handed me the check and than hovered there and watch me fill in the tip. I told my wife I always tip no matter the service problem. But it was the first time I felt like no tip. But I did and felt like I was pressure to. Won't go back because i believe it is going down hill. Benches had tears in them the floor looked uncleaned. I think the service overall was terrible.

The food was over cooked and rubbery and took way too long to get. The service was ok nothing to get excited about but was more like your run of the mill restaurant than other Red Lobsters I've eaten at.???

Good food. My husband had a fish sandwich & fries. I had coconut shrimp, a double order! I absolutely love the Pina Colada dip sauce! No room for dessert tonight.

I haven't been to red lobster in probably 4 years prices have skyrocketed. Appetizers,. My son had the lobster I had crab legs. All in all total bill for 2 people $159. The food was good and the waitress was amazing after we got the table washed off from the previous patrons. Not her fault. All in all in all I won't go back and soon.

From the over priced and under sized portions to the managers gossiping at the front desk about whatever with other employees gathered round like its a normal. Richard was our waiter and he was great. Other then that you can save yourself half of that youll spend for fresher sea food and more at your local wegmans.

Sat at the bar. I don't know where to start. Glasses above the station filthy not clean. Really bad, finger prints o them and soap . Bar remained with last clients mess for 20 mins. No menu offered, napkins. Employees very unprofessional. Manager was running around looking for her card. Not doing much to help. Broken doors. Just not picked up or clean.

Very few customers and still had a long wait. Food was overcooked, yet cold. Fish was definitely reheated and dry. Dirty bathrooms and overall restaurant is looking unkept. Used to be a good place but has become a disappointment. Waitress' service was the only good part.

We had my daughters 21st birthday here because she loves crab legs, I had called to let them know that a group of 12 would be there, the server came and informed us that they were out of crab legs and salmon, had I known this we would of picked someplace other than here. We had to wait on our biscuits and never got them, our salads didn't come till after our meals and our empty dishes were never cleared. The restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointed in the service.

You've heard one, two, three strikes you're out, right? I made it to the table, then I was out. Strike one: they had been open for 20 minutes when I got there today, and even though it was mostly empty (probably 95%), I still was told it would be 10 minutes before they'd seat me. Strike two: since I had to wait, I went to the women's restroom. It was dirty (sink not wiped down properly and wastebasket overflowing) and obviously Red Lobster doesn't care about customer safety, because two out of four stalls could not be locked. Strike three: my table was not properly wiped down, and there was food smeared on my menu.I used to enjoy eating there, but the quality has decreased so much that I really feared food poisoning, but I gave food 3 stars because I didn't really know. Bye!
