This place is awesome. We ordered for delivery and I was really impressed by all of the flavors! I thought the place in my town was good but this really blows that out of the water. I skipped my usual tart yogurt to fuck with the enticing flavors: dole whip and cotton candy (for my inner child, you understand). They were both delicious. I wish we hadn't waited until the last night to try this because I probably would have ordered it every day during my stay lmao

There's nothing "premium" about the frozen yogurt here. Some of the machines weren't working, dispensing watery, gloopy soup. Even the "working" machines delivered a froyo that was icy, without richness, and with super-artificial flavours. Do yourself a favour: walk across the parking lot and buy a tub of frozen yogurt at the grocery store. It'll cost less and taste better.

I don’t recommend because my spouse can only have frozen yougurt, they cannot eat ice cream because they have had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight…they cannot have whole milk products, it will not digest in their smaller stomach. So when you call yourself a frozen yougurt shop, then that’s what one expects coming in there, not ice cream. And soft serve yougurt is very hard to find. All they want is a vanilla/ chocolate twist soft yougurt…not hard yougurt like you can get in any store frozen section.. very disappointed to go in sweet frog and find chocolate and vanilla ice cream, soft, but not yougurt. They are not fans of the other flavors of soft yougurt, saw vanilla and chocolate on this weeks menu at sweet frog and was excited to go after supper only to find out it was ice cream.. we left with nothing bought.

Cute spot for your froyo fix. Everything is self serve and they have gloves at the beginning of the self serve station for sanitary precautions. They have simple but classic flavors. Wish they had a bit more unique flavors but their classics were still yummy. Maybe if I go at a different time they'll have some. They don't have any mochi toppings which is a first for me because every froyo place I've been to has them! Those are my favorite toppings. They still had brownies tho which are my other faves, and fruit. Cute interior with indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy your froyo.

Will no longer be coming in 2x as a week as regular customers. It’s disrespectful when the associate speaks to you like you’re d*** as soon as you walk in instead of asking how you’re doing. Then makes you dump your sundae into a larger cup so all of your toppings are upside down because the cups are not in order and they will not honor the price of a medium if it’s in a small cup. Craziest thing I’ve ever heard of. Not enjoying my upside sundae, needing to dig for my toppings. Even after asking the associate to honor it as a medium. No longer my favorite place. Thanks!

Our experience was awful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Not a single table, chair or booth clean in the place. The store smelled strongly of chemicals and p**** I got the sugar free vanilla and usually get this flavor every time we are here. This time it tasted like spoiled milk. Made a complaint not necessarily expecting a new one or my money back, but was told it’s supposed to taste like garbage it’s sugar free. Uh no sir! And to the adult man working, maybe a uniform shirt instead of your gun promoting shirt next time! The place was also silent and no workers up front the entire time we were there. Has definitely gone down hill. We unfortunately will not be going back!

My family and I love this place. The nice lady was very polite, pleasantly sweet and gave us alot of information about their products. She spoke with good mannerism, knew the business well and gave us a very pleasurable experience overall. The toppings and flavors were very well displayed and fresh. The establishment overall could use some modernized upgrades, but the customer service and quality of the product outweighed the overall experience.

First let me say I am the 5 star king review . I love coming to this place however I have done multiple times during normal business hours and the store has been closed early. I understand it's hard to find good workers right now and maybe that's why it closes early. However this time, the employee decided to close down early.
