This sandwich shop was one I hadn't tried before. I stopped in to grab some comfort food after having a particularly bad day. The young people behind the counter seemed more interested in flirting and gossiping than dealing with customers. I placed my sandwich order, then stood patiently waiting for it. A woman walked in a few minutes later and ordered the same sandwich I did. When mine was ready, they gave it to her and she quickly left. Making me wait twice as long for mine. A minor annoyance to be sure, but it took every bit of my patience to not make a scene after the day I had leading up to this moment. I'm giving them four stars because, despite the poor service and lack of any atmosphere, the sandwich I bought was outstanding. It was the special of the day; their version of a Cuban sandwich. The very fresh bread and perfectly cooked pork was the comfort I needed.

Got a Philly cheese steak here and there wasn't much cheese in the sandwich, so it felt more like a steak sandwich than an actual Philly cheese steak. That said, it tasted great for a steak sandwich, with the steak pieces being large and very tasty/juicy. The bread itself was of higher quality and the sandwich was big which felt appropriate given the high price tag ($18). Will definitely be back, just wish it wasn't cash only

Used to be our go to lunch spot , especially during pandemic , amd before the move, but over last year plus they have since been slipping. Often times call in order is incorrect and one time wasn't even acknowledged, for there and said they didn't put in order. Prices increases at least 3x within the last year n half, and charges for every condiment asked for. Food is still good for most part , just gotta get back to how brothers used to be..
I enjoy going to brother's, I always get the chicken alla vodka hero, it's a bit pricey but worth the price. I'm sure the other menu items are just as great. It can get busy at times, it's. That good!

I ordered the bench girl and asked for no bacon. Still got bacon in the sandwich $16 dollars wasted

The hot sandwich are very good even outstanding when made fresh to order but sometimes they seem like they were made ahead and rewarmed and then they are fine but not outstandingIt’s a bit of hit and missStill a good chicken Parmesan hero. And fast gruff but not unpleasant service.Order ahead and it will be ready when you get there for pickup.

The staff is awesome, they're always pleasant and accommodating! The owner unfortunately is rude! Ive purchased 3 foot hero's on 2 occasions. Both time the owner gave me a hard time.
