We discovered them because of their proximity to Long Island Hand and Shoulder, where my wife had a series of PT appointments. These are the best bagels I have found on Long Island, and I've tried quite a few. And the VEGAN breakfast sandwich is outstanding. The people are friendly, a variety of coffee flavors is always cooking, and the coffee's pretty good.Vegetarian options: Not just vegetarian, Mr. Google. Why are you using that obsolete term. Bagels on Main has one of the best VEGAN breakfast sandwiches I have ever had anywhere, complete with egg, cheese, potatoes, etc.
This place is so delicious! My favorite thing to order is everything bagel with egg salad every time I come and love to try new things. The people are so welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend this bagel shop ?

I went here today. I had the chicken salad on a sesame seed bagel. It was so fresh and good! It came with a side salad, tomatoes with cheese, onion. It's definitely the best bagel place around!
