Cozy, classy and simply delicious!Whether meeting for drinks or food, Ichiz is not to be missed in Huntington. The French Onion Soup dumplings just may change your life. The staff is super friendly and it's a family owned business.

Ichiz has been around now for over a decade and they never disappoint. The food is phenomenal. And Ichiz and Tata are wonderful. There's not a single dish I've ever had an issue with. It's a wonderful Huntington staple with excellent food and cocktails. I've seen some of the negative reviews on here and they all seem to focus on the service based on a single person who worked there. If that is preventing you from going to Ichiz, that person no longer works there. You will not have to worry about that part of the experience anymore. Definitely give Ichiz a try. They will not disappoint you.

I dined here last week for the first time and have not been able to stop thinking about it since! The sakitinis were so delicious! My husband and I tried 8 different dumplings and one was better then the next, I can’t wait to go back and try more! 5 starts all around, I wish I found this hidden gem sooner!!

The food here was mediocre at best but expect to spend over $100 and leave hungry . The menu was outdated/breaking with multiple items crossed off. If you are going to charge that much allow the atmosphere to match. The fact that this restaurant is charging this much for a simple meal and have such a small staff is ridiculous I’d recommend samurai or one of the other great restaurants of Huntington village that are of value!

Sadly this place did not meet our expectations. We ordered four different dumplings, which were recommend to us (the French onion, mushroom risotto, chicken teriyaki and spinach and artichoke). They were okay, but honestly not all that. Extremely over priced and still left hungry.

We've wanted to come here for a while. The dumplings were amazing! Mac and cheese and French onion soup especially were so good. Drinks were spot on too!

Stopped in for dumplings at the recommendation of a reliable source. Classy atmosphere and prices to match (Main Street, Huntington....of course). It's worth a stop (if traveling to Flushing isn't an option). Very broad selection - something for everyone, 4 dumplings in a serving. So, we tried 4 different types - all 16 were great. Doing the math post dinner that worked out to $4/dumpling.. Thinking a trip to Flushing when the next Jones for dumplings hits.Vegetarian options: Veg dumplings abound...

Great food TERRIBLE service! To start we ordered a bottle of Sake. The bartender thought it would be a good idea to open the bottle and pour it into a jar. So we had no idea what we were drinking. They claimed "that's how we do it" Well guess what, you're doing it WRONG. There was only two tables in the entire place and our food took over 25 minutes to arrive (meanwhile we could here the staff laughing and having a good time) None of the food arrived at the same time. We ordered another drink but I guess the bartender decided to take a break during their only rush. Our second order of food came out before the drinks. To cap it all off we were then given a check but with no pen to sign it. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the dumplings were wonderful but the staff requires some serious training. Side note, if you're gonna decorate your place with a huge mirror perhaps don't hang it right next to a table.

Hidden gym of huntington, such a large menu, the best are fried chilies, spicy dumplings, litchi martini. And hotpot. One of my favorite spot to go.
