This place is never open. If their hours aren't 11-10, they should indicate that. I have gone there at noon on a weekday for lunch and they have been closed. It is out of my way to go to the village and they just are so inconsistent and open "as they please" with no fix hours.

Very delicious Jamaican food. We've had the stewed chicken, curried chicken, peas and rice, and steamed vegetables, all super. Our orders were by delivery.

Excellent ox tail. Curry goat is good too. No roti bread though.

Sorry to say this place is terrible. The chafing dishes are completely covered (how am I supposed to know what looks good to order?), no ambiance, family/friends taking up the space. The macaroni pie/Mac and cheese was terrible no flavor and with thin cheese on top. Rice and peas had flavor but dry. I also saw a roach crawling on the wall (I know restaurants have bugs but don't mean I need to see it while waiting for my food)

Who is giving this place bad reviews?! gee-ZUS! Okay, the basics: the beef patties are excellent. (I opened mine and put in Feta cheese- OMG!) The ox tails are served in generous portions. It is Jamaican style (not to be confused with Cuban style), rich and satisfying. The sides were also generous and nothing beats freshly fried plantains. I tried both the fried chicken and the j*** chicken and my only "complaint" (which isn't a complaint) is that the j*** chicken was very mild- which is how things must be prepared for the masses. As for the service, unless the dude running it is Jekyll and Hyde, he is charming- well dressed and courteous. I've been back, can't wait to go back again, and advise y'all to do the same.

Let me just start at the door, where I approached a bitter employee who didn't greet me nor smile. But sighed when i told her what i wanted (too much effort i assume) - I have to wait a half an hour ( cool no problem) I asked for RASTA PASTA from a Rasta spot. IYKYK , for $19.65 Where are the peppers miss ? I wish I tasted a bit of j*** ANYWHERE , she could've said we don't have that but we can make you this , but no. Quick thawed already cooked shrimp they gave me. I didn't know shrimp could even be so tough. I really try to support I realllly do. But you must come better than this. At least get the hospitality down first. Then maybe that energy will transfer to the dish ‍

We got takeout dinner from them and it was delicious! Flavorful, but not too spicy. The j*** sauce is amazing!

When I moved to Huntington there was no Jamaican food anywhere. Thank god this place opened up because it's amazing! The beef patties are flavorful crispy and flakey. The oxtails were absolutely melt in your mouth delicious and the owner was really nice. When I asked for more oxtail gravy she poured a ton on with no problem (Most other places skimp out on the gravy...It's liquid gold!) The, rice, cabbage, and plantains were also great. I'll be coming back regularly!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for great Jamaican food. I found my spot. The owner was very nice, the restaurant was clean. The food was amazing. I ordered fried chicken with steam vegetables, pie, and chicken soup. It truly was. a taste of home. Please go by and support this new restaurant off Main St. They were a little hard to find on the back of the Main st parking area, but I'm so glad I searched for them and found them. I wish I could give them Five stars Plus.

Food is to spicy and they just slap everything together in one little container I also was charged for a hair head soup and never received it with delivery but when you call to speak to someone the phone just rings

What a shame, had high hopes but what a disappointment. Walked in can't see food thought they were closing (all the chafing dishes covered) The only one table was taken (by an employee or friend). Was forced to sit outside. Took about 10 mins to get food that was already cooked. Server on phone when plating food. Had no money in register couldn't give me exact change. Tried to order something on the menu and was told you have to call ahead for it (the pasta) how hard is it to make/cook pasta? With all that being said, the quality of the food was really good, but not worth the horrible vibe and customer service.
