A must come hibachi spot! The service alone is worth a visit. These people know how to light up any event! Mike the director is such a kind gem and Sam, the bartender is very attentive, talented and just an overall joy to be around. The ambiance makes way for a very engaging atmosphere. I love how everyone here just genuinely loves to be working here. Come experience the excitement! The chicken teriyaki was to die for! Very flavorful and filling!

Samurai is the best of the best when it comes to hibachi in the Huntington area. My family and I have been regular customers since I can remember. Michael and Simon are always extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating and the wait staff is very attentive. Their hibachi, sushi, etc. remain my favorite despite local competition. Highly recommended, always!

Just left there tonight. This place was terrible. The food was beyond bland. It had no flavor. They didn't use any garlic in the noodles the steak had no flavor. I don't even think they put garlic on it. I never asked for salt in a hibachi house. This place was so bad it needed help I asked for salt. The people next to us left their food. They asked them if they wanted to take it home and they said no I was so disappointed, the service was bad. The place was kind of empty. He never came back to check on us. I had to get up to ask for chopsticks. I had to get up to ask for a 2nd cup of green tea. It's just not someplace you ever want to go and it was freezing by the door where we were there was cold wind coming in what a disappointment because I was so excited to try this place. I'm going to include a picture of, the food that the people next to us left behind you know it's bad when they leave that much food behind

I really enjoyed the miso soup and hibachi. The fried rice was a bit bland but the portion sizes were huge. Our server wasn't very animated. The guy cooking behind him was animated and friendly and interacted a lot with the table, but our chef was much more subdued. The food was good but they service took forever. It was a very long time before our drinks came out and we were able for get the check and the restaurant wasn't very busy either.

Service was excellent, as well as the ambiance. The food was cooked correctly, clean and properly served. The issue was the food had no flavor the chef failed to season anything on the grill with nothing but teriyaki and soy. Food was bland in taste and the furthest thing from satisfactory.

Over priced. The jalapeño tuna appetizer was bland. Went with kids and chef was fun but servings are small for the price.
worse hibachi experience i’ve had, mediocre food, chef took an hour to get to our table when the restaurant was empty, waitress was slow, food was okay at best and staff was enjoying drinks at the bar while we were waiting for the check. Take your business to a better place.

WeI had a great & delicious dinner. Allison our waitress was very professional & helpful in suggesting our appetizers . We got teriyaki ribs & pork Gyoza. we all got hibachi dinners . Gary our hibachi chef was so funny and entertaining and I would come back to see him alone.. what a great show! A fun & yummy experience. I highly recommend this restaurant . Everyone who works in the place as we were coming & going in , we're super friendly. I like being in a positive & friendly environment , especially if I am spending a few hundred bucks. Come check this place out. You will not be disappointed .Also, they were very prompt with drink & apps service.
