Usually when I order from Franco's it is by delivery as I currently don't have a way to Ilion. I can say that the food is really good, subs, calzones, pizza. Little pricey on the pizza, but good! Just about everywhere is pricey now.

Best sub I've had in years! Place was busy in the middle of the day but I was greeted instantly and friendly. When it was my turn to order the woman at the counter was fast,friendly and knew the right questions to ask and I was very happy with the price. Everyone loved their subs and we all agreed this was our new place. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I I ordered a fish fry that comes with two sides mind you. I ordered french fries and macaroni salad. Which is a pickup which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and almost 50 minutes later I'm still at the counter telling them if I don't have my fish fry I'm walking out I'll get my money back and I'm walking out, they bring my fish fry out and a small pizza box loaded with french fries ketchup and and there is no macaroni ‼️ and every time they deliver anything that I order from them they always forget the soda they charge you for every single item that you ordered but they always forget something so now do you think that this is straight out thievery because I do because you're making me pay for something that I'm not getting so you're stealing that money from me ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This place was recommended to us by a friend. My husband and I ordered a pickup order from their website. We received a text that the order was ready. My husband had to wait another 45 minutes there because the order was in fact not ready. The woman at the counter was so rude and throwing crazy attitude to my husband. When asked why we got the text that the food was ready when it wasn't she snidely replied "we don't have anything to do with that site" wth do you mean? It was off from your website! All around just an absolute joke. The food was horrible, never going here again.

I usually give places a couple chances. I order pizza (cut in squares) and extra extra crispy wings. My pizza is never cut correctly, tonight we found hair inside the plastic wrap of the wings and they were so slimy! Done giving this place a chance.

I ordered at 11:30 ish for a 12:30 pick up. Got there a few minutes before and had to wait 25 minutes. Pretty sure they forgot my order until I paid. When I finally got it went to put it in the car. Took wings off the pizza so I didn’t have them fall off the box and one of the wings boxes was hot the other felt cold. Got home and sure enough one of the wings were barely warm! Very disappointed. Pizza was good and hot but again waiting so long. Will say a man (worker/owner?)came in and was asking everyone there if they were set and did apologized but, come on. Last time waited 15 minutes. Very disappointed!
Customer service is always great foods always great and I recommend that everybody goes over there and eat.

UNSAFE cutting pizza on foil left slivers into the pizza this is for school event. Called to speak to a manager was introduced rudely as this is the manager no name I told her what happened she refused a refund as I was picking the slivers out of the pizzas was rude hung up on me.This could have hurt a kid or even worse. Absolutely worse service and honestly the pizza looks and feels terrible. Health department will be called next.
