The only and biggest complaint is how long it took to arrive but the food the oxtail and cabbage by far was the greatest I don't like gravy but I even enjoyed that I'm extremely satisfied with my meal and look forward to ordering again but please next time please deliver

Restaurant is located on the corner of the main road Sheridan on a very busy street with street parking only and it's not always easy to find. I have placed a couple of take out orders from this place but always greeted with the same guy behind the counter that is pleasant. He moves at the same pace as any other Jamaican or Caribbean restaurant you would go get take out from but he is soft spoken and nice so it's ok and manageable. The restaurant seems to be set up for an evening spot. Has a small bar and bar tables, sells DVDS and has some old school arcade games. I haven't been there on a late night but seems like a place the locals go to for a hang out which is probably cool. I have consistently ordered the pepper shrimp. I love it! I have not found a place that makes it the way I do and they do. It's amazing. I wish there were different size options because I just want more and more but it's great. It is not that cold shrimp out of the fridge you find at other places. Also they do Ackee and salt fish with rice and cabbage. I happen to like the idea because I usually waste most of the "food" from the other places and ask for rice on the side. So this is a good option. Flavorful, has a pepper kick. I like spicy so I'm down for it. The ackee portion is small. So I will just warn you there. However it was very filling for me. I did have the curry chicken roti. I did not love that. It was very dry and lacked in seasonings. I will stay away from the roti but I'm please by most other meals.

Placed an order for three large orders of oxtail with rice and peas and steamed veggies. Received 4 pieces of oxtail in each tray??? For all of the money that I paid, the food was good but I am highly disappointed in the portion of oxtail received and I do not think that I will order from here again. -__-

I ordered food on DoorDash what I received was very disappointing I feel like these restaurants take advantage of people who order online and not being able to come in because the restaurant can just send you what they want then people have to deal with the delivery company we ordered from to get a refund or put in a complaint I order curry goat all I had was pure bones in my plate, please do not get me started about that sweet chili salmon. That was the worst ever. It was hard as a rock. You put all those onions and all that stuff on the Salmon to hide how disgusting it is. Nobody should ever order from this place again. Small portion and bones. That's all you get if you guys want good Caribbean food, good Jamaican food then go to Caribbean sunshine the best I've ever tasted so far I tried to give other Caribbean places a chance but they always disappoint in Caribbean hut is one of them. This is my second time ordering from this establishment and both times horrible never again

I ordered food from door dash here on a few occasions the food was good on others I have never been as disappointed as disappointed I was today if you wouldn’t feed your family like this you certainly shouldn’t feed customers that are paying like this for a plate of oxtail this is what I was served for 24 buck could have just cooked rice and ate at home at that point

Did Caribbean Hut change ownership? Each time I order the presentation gets worse and the amount gets smaller. Today was the worst, we ordered oxtail, cabbage, rice and peas, no gravy. and an extra serving of white rice.We got oxtail, white rice, cabbage, no gravy thrown in the box, not served. No rice and peas was delivered and there was no adjustment to the bill.I am thoroughly disappointed!!!!They give a number to call and no one answers.

My daughter called me and treated her Mom to dinner. I am so sorry that she spent almost $40. The oxtails were terrible which I only got 4 in my dinner. They had no flavor and tough to eat also the plantains were terrible ?. I will never eat from them again it didn't have no spice to it actually it taste like American food.

Food was amazing. Property was very clean. Staff was reliable. I was satisfied with their professionalism and their accuracy. Location was also convenient.
The j*** pork was good but they put bbq sauce on it without asking me and I did not like that. The oxtail had great taste but good have been a bit softer. The rice and peas is authentic and tasty! I will order again.

Rotti was good, rice and stew chicken was just as good and pricing is reasonable. It is filled with many advertisements, an open bar plus a pool hall etc not to mention in house lottery. Definitely would recommend
