I ordered brown rice they give me yellow rice. I mentioned this like 4 times also. I dont know how brown sounds like the word fried yellow.

I swear that my boyfriend and I order from them at least once weekly. They are always on point with quick ready/delivery times, hot and delicious food, and kind service. I wasn’t expecting much out of them considering they’re always so busy (it’d be easy to let standards slip) but they are within my top 3 all time fav chinese spots in all of nyc

delivery is horrible! they stealing money from the grub drivers and using their own drivers. so they feel they don't have to follow instructions in America. lying saying my building is unsafe. I don't live in the projects! I live in a high rise building. they remodeling the elevator floors. all 3 elevators work. Going to give the nyc inspectors a call And immigration

Horrible service. Drivers demand tip upon arrival and give a hard time delivering orders to apartments and will ask you to come outside to the curb to pick up. I ordered from them a few weeks ago and was given stale food. The pork in my fried rice had a foul smell and my chicken wings were very undercooked. If you don't want to get sick, stay far away from them!!

Ok The food here is good.. freshly made, tasty good Ole Chinese food. Order frequently.. min order is 20.00, kinda d*** should be 10 or 12. As long as you tip. I switch around alot but love their fred wontons and shrimp fried rice. Ordered shrimp toast ONCE, it was soggy so that ended quickly.

If I could I would give NO STARS!!!! I asked if they had gluten free soy sauce she said "No what do you think this is" So I continued ordering and blew it over even tho it was such a rude comment. I wasn't done ordering and she says " 20 dolla minimum for delivery bye bye" and hung up on me. Never going here or calling again to support this place EVER!!!!

Customer service sucks…Only certain things are okay to eat from here. Prices are way too expensive!!!! The delivery takes long to show up sometimes you have to call back a couple times and they just say “he on his way” that was almost an hour wait … There was a time when I ordered and sat here waiting on the food, when I called them it was no answer next time they claimed they tried to call to deliver my food but never did. So the next time I called they took my order, I called back after to see if they left because it’s been a while they said no delivery because of the last time and I told themi never received those calls and they didn’t pick up when I called back, I also said just like they didn’t call to say anything just now is just like when they didn’t call when they said they did but know that wasn’t true because delivery was taking to long.
