Horribley rude and disrespectful employees who obviously do not wish to be there.Orders always have something wrong them. Missing items, burned food, sloppy presentation.Avoid this location at all cost! Drive to Dewey Ave if you want KFC and workers who aren't unprofessional.

I do enjoy KFC chicken. I mostly get the crispy and original buckets/ combo. This time I only got chicken. The app isn’t the best. It glitches and then when I went to check out again the original coupon I wanted to use disappeared… so I had to chose another option. That was frustrating. However the food was good. Service was okay, I did stand there for a little before I was greeted and the store was empty inside. But that’s really all I can say because I had a mobile order that was already paid for so I was just picking up. It was done at the time it stated on app. Also, which is good. The real issue is the PARKING LOT. Going through drive through the pavement is uneven and just badly placed, especially if it’s busy. But trying to park to go inside is the worst. Almost makes me not want to go there sometimes.Parking: Horrible parking lot access, uneven pavement. No space.

Incompetent workers gave me warm drinks with no ice and lids not attached, spilling all over the outside and inside of my car as they handed them to me, then I get home to find out they didn't put nuggets in my famous bowl and about a third of a scoop of Mac and cheese in my side. There weren't even other customers there so I don't know how they managed to screw up this bad. Embarrassing.

Customers see was horrible they don’t get you they don’t ask you what side or drink you would like. Both African Americans females one with glasses who a manager she was very rude and short. They need a whole new crew. Whoever is running or overseeing that one needs to be let go. There are so many complaints about the same people and they are still there.

So I went through at this location I order a three-piece tender and a five piece tender and when I got home both boxes had three pieces in them each and the pieces were no bigger than my finger and I paid 1229 possibly more for the five piece box and got three tenders that are no bigger than my fingers this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order and I will not be returning to this location. Customer service here is trash people at the window always have a snappy attitude and lack customer service skills on the highest level. Management here failed to train their employees properly with dealing with customer service

Very bad service, the clerk mistreats the customers. Right now I'm here and she's yelling at me for the fact that I don't know how to speak English. That's no way to treat customers. It seems to me that I won't buy again here, at least at this KFC.

I went through the drive thru, when I got home I did not have the right chicken and the container of gravy was half full After several calls, someone finally answered. I was asked if I could come back. It was not convenient but there was really no choice. I arrive at the store and all the doors were locked. I had to go back through the drive thru. This is at 6p o n a Friday. The person at the window did not pay attention and I had to clarify more than once what the problem was. Customer service is very lacking! I will not go back to this location again. Additionally this is not the first time our order was wrong. This about the 4th time, so we did give them more than one second chance.
