This is the worst Wendy's experience I ever had food was cold drive thru we waited ten mins and we was the only car in drive thru I called and ask for a manager and he tells me it's cause they're short staff but it was six people by the window doing nothing I want my money back I will never go here again

Food it's just not the same anymore. So I have to ask why when we purchase a child meal we are told the drink can not be made bigger then they didn't offer a second drink because that would be the logical thing to do. But then the girl said why would you give your child all that soda any way. Where does a person get off thinking that they can assume it was for a child. Maybe it's for a adult who doesn't eat alot point being customer satisfaction is no longer a priority it's about getting us through and out of the faces of the uneducated undertrained staff. It's a really bad problem in Rochester ever we're I go. Customer has turned into a sad state of emotional trauma. We're the staff are rude smell like pot can barely function or think and conflict resolution is a foreign concept. Corporate America you get what your paying for. I'll cook before I return

Came in on Sunday March 3 at 3:36. As I first arrived the counter person was not busy. We placed our order. Our food was made the food proceeded to sit on the pass for more than 10 minutes. I pointed this out to her and that it was probably cold by now. She gave me attitude stating I'm the only one here in counter.. seriously. The burger should have been remade and she should have just apologized instead of giving attitude.
Told staff the bathroom stall was filled with piss she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said yeah so! What do you want me to do about it. The floor is sticky or you can almost ice skate across the floor with your chair due to the amount of grease on the floor. I had to ask for a tray after given a bag for the food I ordered and was glared at like I was bothering them.
