Another restaurant that does not need a review but one of my top 5 favorite restaurants on Long Island. The ribeye was like butter and I ask for it deconstructed because it really doesn't need anything on it. Usually it comes with spinach, fried Potatoes, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a gravy on top. Gorgonzola bread always a 10/10. The shrimp scampi was new to me but now I'll always order it and use the bread to scoop up the sauce! Staff is always friendly and beyond accommodating. Very big inside you don't need a res but it is recommended. The bar seats are first come first serve and they do have a nice menu to go with that too. If you can snag a seat at the bar deff do it!

Extremely Noisy, Customers use Filthy language, Steaks are constantly delivered not as requested. Prices are Outrageously High. This was what we found here. You can do much better in Rockville Center, and for a lot less money.

Can never go wrong at Jimmy Hays, No matter what steak you choose you cannot go wrong , every steak they make is absolutely amazing . The Gorgonzola bread is by far the best G bread out there. Side dishes are delicious as well, I recommend the sautéed spinach. They have valet parking right when you pull up to the frontDoor. Staff and service is very professional, this is a high end steak house. 10/10 recommend
It's the Owners, Managers, Bartenders, Job and responsibility to confront and deal with any unpleasant customers that are using abusive, Foul, and Disgusting language wile in their premises. That was the situation we encountered here twice at the bar here. To totally ignore it is insulting to your other customers. Im sure that they realize that and yet they chose to do nothing but Ignore it.

Cold steak and worst watered down drinks ever. Witnessed the bartenders acting like misogynist pigs to two beautiful and kind young ladies at the bar kicking them out of their seat for thier male friends. That behavior was disgusting and unacceptable and I will never go back here again. So many other better options!

Worst hospitality ever!!Bartender kicked my friend and I (2 women) out of their seats at the bar so his two males friends could sit! Told us we couldn’t order dessert and we needed to leave, so they could sit.Jimmy Hayes himself, was equally disappointing because he did nothing about it, even though a concern was made by Chris the Maitre D’ (who was wonderful and empathetic)I’ve been going there for many years… and horrified to have been treated this way!!

Worst experience in a fine dining restaurant. Bar tender yelled at us to leave when we ordered apps dinner and drinks because we were still there in 2 hours. But the people across from us were there when we walked in. (men). They were not yelled at to leave that they needed the seats. Then bartender threw our to go bags at us. Just terrible. Considering the vibe of the place. Good for men. Bad for women. Don’t go. Go visit gran paridisio. They love everyone!!!!
