We enjoyed our recent meal at Jordan Lobster Farms. We've been visiting this establishment forever and have no complaints at all.Dine in or outside if the weather allows. We decided to eat outside and enjoy the temperate environment. The area, Island Park, through the years has been developing with community growth and with new businesses opening. But Jordan Lobster Farms has always been a staple in the community.

Improvements - really a bday brownie should be a gift, why add $5? People drive a long way as a destination hot spot. Just dampens mood. Brownie was really hard and not good. Whip cream was good.-very slow service. Wasn't too crowded. Did order lobsters time to cook but overall not so attentive and didn't add to warmth or atmosphere.-made in China plastic tool lobster shell cracker... My smaller metal one is lot better. Could barely use it and thought I was using it wrong. Get a good one!- bibs could be bigger better, feel off/ hard to center.........Pros - 2 lb lobster claw and knuckle is delicious with butter and oil. Corn is outstanding as a side. New England clam chowder is hearty and filling, nice and hot. Baked potato looks real genuine.Lobster tail was tougher than ideal... Maybe it's the size or slight cook too long, but felt like too much chew work. Would 1.5 pounds be easier?Overall solid food. Long drive, service should be better and make it more of a destination feel. Maybe expectations to high.

I had dinner, and the food was good but the service up front by the gift center sucks. I went to buy some frozen shrimp and was next in line, as soon as it’s my turn the cashier walks away from me and starts to do his own thing. I told him hello I’m ready and he goes to help a next customer when he came back. He cashed a guy who was behind me, plus 3 new customers. Im not sure if it’s the way I look or my ethnicity but it was wrong I kept trying to get his attention but no and this was at 6pm today it was a teenager who was cashing that had a all red Jordan lobster shirt on. This ended off my experience in a bad way

What a great place. It makes you forget for a while that you're on Long Island. The seafood is great and fresh. I always stick to the traditional fried foods, and they do it well. Definitely start off with a New England Clam Chowder. It's rich and creamy. The raw clams are great as well. Very fresh.

Been going here for over 30 years and yesterday was one of our worst experiences. We bought a 3 - 1 1/4lb for $40 special to go and one of the lobsters meat was white and smelled like ammonia. It must have been dead before they even cooked it. And the other 2 lobsters felt light. I know the weight is pre-cook but this was off. Please do better guys! We love this place and hate giving it a bad review but someone should know.

Love Jordan's going for years. Lobster totally delish and most dishes are great. An absolute Icon of restaurants, nothing better. It's Pricey but worth it.
