Great food, great service, can’t miss. I’ve always enjoyed every meal I’ve had there and certainly plan on going again soon. I’ve been following the owner since she ran Salt Air Cafe and would try anything she was managing because she’s never disappointed.The people complaining about the change in owners as well as the issue with the gift cards seem to be conveniently missing the fact that the previous owner is the one who ignored (or possibly participated in) the gift card scam, which created the problem that the current owner is now going through hell to clean up.If you think temporarily losing the money from your one gift card is bad, imagine losing the money from hundreds, or even thousands of fake gift cards that were stolen from the restaurant by actual criminals and distributed. Because that’s what they’re dealing with right now

Food, Ok, but only OKBar, Bartenders filled my glass with more ICE, than my DrinkPrice, VERY expensive, especially for drinks.Quality of the Food. Only fair.Bottom line we (4 of us) will not be returning her. There are many better choices in this area for a better dinner.Did I mention that the hostess had a bad attitude when I called for a reservation?
Heard the ownership changed. Menu more Italian and not as quality as before. Waiters very informal, calling us by our first names and not professional. Particularly annoying at not being informed of unexpected extra charge for not paying in cash.

We have been to Pearl many times and usually have no complaints about the food, although it is expensive. However, last night I noticed some slight lowering of standards. We ordered the Caesar salad which was very tasty but, for $14.00 for a salad, I don't expect the Romaine lettuce to have many, many brown spots. Although edible, it was most unappealing to look at. I would have returned it but my husband, said just to let it go. It will, however, affect our returning or not.

crowed room- lousy food- lousyservice- duck orders had to be sent back overcooked- never got coffee ordered . waiters seldom in this room would never recomend this restaurant should get a credit

We had a delicious dinner at Pearl last night. I've dined here before, and have never been disappointed. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions, and was pleasant to speak with. The table was maintained very well as water glasses were filled continuously and used dishes cleared quickly. We were not rushed and felt very relaxed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ambiance is always wonderful at Pearl, such a pretty upscale feeling. Our waiters service was excellent... the servers were good but need more training....Food was excellent. I have always gad delicious meals here. I did do the marinated skirt steak which I always love... my husband loved his scallops and the other two people we were with enjoyed their meals also. Of course WE had to get dessert... strawberry Napoleon delish and salted Carmel and natural pistachio ice creams fantastic!!The only thing that I was not happy with was the bread...the second basket because I really didn't get the first was too hard to eat...Otherwise you cannot go wrong at Pearls! That's my story and I am sticking to it

BEST restaurant around. Make sure you eat here. Interesting food combo's, lots of options on the menu even for the GF or vegan/vegetarians. You won't be disappointed. My ONLY problem is the noise/acoustics. It does get pretty noisy once the place gets full.
We really liked the new sitting area as we made our way to our table. Our waiter was awesome. My husband ordered the oyster special. Sadly, they're not Pine Island ones. Then he had the Cioppino dish and it was overcooked. The sausage and pepper dish was very good. Myself and our guest's dishes were ok. It wasn't standing room only so the kitchen should have been more attentive. We'll be back because we do love the seafood and ambiance.

I reviewed Pearl in Feb 2021 when we ate here for the first time. We've continued to dine here since then and it never disappoints. Tonight was no exception, from the great cocktails made by Bill and the impeccable service (we ate at the bar) to the delicious food and the gracious owner Kelly who we always enjoy talking to. Tonight we had the duck lettuce wraps (special), the chili prawns, the scallop entree and the crab crusted salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you haven't dined here please try it, we will continue to support Pearl !!!
The food is just delicious. The restaurant is beautiful. I will say I was disappointed that they didn't have the only wine I will drink which is a Zinfandel. The bartender showed us the list of drinks and wines and stated I should select Rose but the one I chose wasn't anywhere to what a Zinfandel should taste like. It's was very bitter not sweet. I think a well trained bartender would have made a suggestion for me! He did take it off the bill. Our servers were ok not well experienced. We asked a few times for extra horseradish for our oysters never got it. Beet salad was the best I ever had but whoever served it dropped some on the floor which I pointed out to a server and she didn't clean it up right next to my chair in the floor. We will definitely be back regardless.

A very talented Chef. This is a particularly good place for intimate couples dining. Modern decor (lounge-like) with comfortable seating, attentive and friendly service, spotlessly clean. You'll notice a wide-ranging menu: 1/3 Seafood, 1/3 American-style Steaks and Chops, 1/3 Italian. Had the grilled rack of lamb (outstanding) and I'm confident that everything on the menu will be a knock-out. Nice selection of wines. Nice selection of appetizers. We'll be back.

It was so lovely to eat here. Only our second time but again a great experience. Our waiter Kola was informative personable and professional. Sabrina the Mgr on duty was very helpful and we plan on booking my daughter's bridal shower here in September. Can't wait to go back.
